always quick and great service
It was very busy when we arrived. The wait didn't take long. The staff were all hustling to keep things moving. The food was delicious. Our waiter was friendly & attentive; even with the huge crowds of customers. The food came out and I was a bit concerned by the looks as it wasn't the nicest presentation.. That old saying don't judge a book by its cover fits this scenario well. It was very yummy. By the time we were done with the food & drinks the crowds were gone. Oh my I looked around & thought how terrible I felt for the staff as the place was left a mess by the customers. Yet the staff still smiled & were kind. Definitely suggest you go check out this location, but please mind your manners & don't leave a terrible mess... no one should have to deal with that behavior as you wouldn't treat yours or your friends dinner table & floor like that.
This is your typical Texas Roadhouse, the rolls and honey butter are amazing. Food is decent, pretty standard steakhouse options. The stand out here though is the people. The hostess was great, the person who sat us was very kind, and our server Eli was awesome. He was very attentive and kind. Even when the kitchen made a mistake he was quick to apologize and assure us we wouldn't be charged. Honestly the service is 5 star, the food is pretty average... so gave them a 4 star.
Well, all I can say is AMAZING!!! Very crowded for a Wednesday but did not have to wait long at all. The dogs and cinnamon butter are always warm and delicious. Steaks cooked to perfection, sides are always on point. That being said, the best part of the meal was our server, Taylor. She was running non stop, lots of tables to cover but we never had to wait for anything. Our glasses stayed full, she was attentive, and a great attitude. Really good food was elevated to great food simply from the fabulous service tonight. Go eat here, ask to be seated with Taylor. You will not be disappointed.
Last nights Texas Roadhouse experience was perfect. They were busy ,Friday night, wife and I Valentine ?. Used the online waiting list. We live 1 hr southeast of Mesquite. Getting put on the waiting list was perfect because Roadhouse had a 1hr 15min wait . Valentine weekend ♥. No matter how busy food was great service was perfect ?. I believe Texas Roadhouse is the best chain restaurant in the country. Thank you.

Waited for over 2 hrs for a table! When we were told 45 min wait ?!! Food was delicious waiter was good! definitely not going back! Rather go to any where else!!
