No es bueno.This place used to be very good. Over the past year it has gone from good to bad. Their caldo is never hot, just warm. The rice is ALWAYS over done. Never seen a responisble manager there, the workers are not supervised. They do whatever and don't care to serve good food for their patrons. This place has lot of potential, but without proper managing the food quality will only decline. There are many choices of Mexican food in the area, lots, so they need to do better to serve and keep their customers.
Every time I go to get food in there it takes the longest to get just a couple of tacos or if I order Just rice and beans it takes like 20 to 30 minutes even when i order and ask how long it will take so i can go to pick up my order i still have to wait for them to prepare my order.... Workers they are always talking instead of getting orders ready.... I I will not recommend this restaurant I will never go there again
I waited for more than 30 minutes. Some of the employees were literally playing around, they were basically ignoring me. The manager was never able to talk to me, the only person that talked to me was the cook; she explained the “order taking” system was not working, but half of the staff was doing nothing, they could it have done it manually. They just don’t care about the costumers.
Worst chilaquiles I had from all the locations I visited , not the same cheese or sauce.Felt like I went to a franchise that did not get the correct recipe.Trompo taco was semi warmAlso no coffe @this location.Really disappointed on this location
Went to have dinner last night and did not receive all of my order before we finished our food. I requested a refund for the food we did not receive and was told by the young kids they could not refund my money! I told him I needed to speak to the manager and he went back and never seen the manager. He returned and told me he would refund the money but without the tax. First excuse because I wasn't charged tax on that particular items only on the other items, then because he didn't know how to figure out the tax portion. After he got attitude with me I demanded all my money in return. Problem is they have their little friends and girlfriends around getting free food they don't want to take the time to help the paying customers and to show off they get rude and loud. Ridiculous, started coming here because the other location is worse inside Valero. Already complained once and was promised a gift card by mail and never received it after a month. So basically location's rude employees and Management just liars. Horrible....... Owner should probably spend more time at location to see what is really going on.
Ordered a caldo de res and a got a beef bone soup with hardly any mean or vegetables rice was over cooked and tasted like it had alot of garlic. My daughter got the fajita taco plate and she didn't want to eat the tacos because she said it was nasty. They look like it was chewed up and spit on to the tacos. Would not be coming back here again for almost $40 I could have gone somewhere more decent. Don't waste your time and money here!!!
Could you really eat this? Whoever makes this food... could you eat this? If your answer is no, than we can agree that this is unacceptable. And if your answer is yes, then you shouldn't be cooking.Food was so burnt, I was not able to eat it.November 5th, 2021This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened... I am done.
Food was really good ? but service wasn't. The waters are almost four dollars and they're not even natural and no refill. No plates or salsas were brought to us even after asking.

If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. It just continued to go from bad to worse. The soda machine was not working properly so it was mostly carbonation. The tea machine was broken so it only gave you water. We made the unfortunate choice of getting the queso and it came with stale chips. We both had ordered the fajita nachos and they were the final straw. I moved one chip and saw the plate was filled with a pool of grease, the meat tasted like they shredded a Slim Jim on some chips with cheese and it looked like cat food. I tried to pick off the top chips and give it a chance but it was disgusting. We left after about 4 bites.
