If you place a mobile order here, be sure to call them to make sure they know about it. This is my third visit in as many months where they don't know about the order until I show up. The app shows the food will be ready in +10 minutes after the order is placed. They used to have the order ready when I arrived but from the interaction in the drive thru, or walk in (last visit), they don't seem to know what to do with a mobile order.Update: Manager was the one that ended up helping me when I went inside after being asked to pull around. She thought I was a doordash driver. NO IDEA why I didn't look at the food before leaving, but the order was wrong, did not get the sour cream or double rice. Will be very happy when this place closes and turns into a Rosa's.

I usually love Taco Cabana. I could eat it for days at a time. I ordered the bean and cheese nachos and a large rice. The chips were stale, the rice was crunchy so disappointing. Half our order was not taken out and we had to show our receipt to get the rest. The margaritas were separating 5 mins into being on the table. Just all around bad, waste of money. We informed the manager and she apologized but did not offer any replacements or fresh food. Save your time at this location

These ladies were getting their butts handed to them for some reason. I don't know what was going on. This location is always a little slow but not usually this bad. I ordered 4 bean and cheese tacos with 8 Oz Pico and 4 single Roja salsas. 2 of the tacos are so sad. Didn't get the Pico but got plenty of salsaHit n miss. But I haven't died yet. ??‍♀️?

They are SO SLOW at this location! Plan on each and every visit to range between 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. Went this morning to get breakfast tacos for my family. 10 minutes later I get to the order carousel, only to be informed the order would take an additional 30 minutes! I was basically stuck in the car line, with a line behind me and one in front. I told the attendant to just make the order as planned - it would take about the same time to get in front of the line anyways. And guess what - that's what exactly happened! But wow, it was a record time for them. Instead of 30 minutes, it took like 19! So my total in and out time for a box of tacos took 29 minutes - just ridiculous! And, when the clerk gave me my order, the box was open, and the sauce was half filled. I told her about being a bit concerned with an open box. Her response was, "that's the way we serve them!" Just shaking my head...

Drive threw window person was so RUDE! I'm ordering my food and the worker tells me that I'm ordering my taco box wrong and I not using the proper wording while ordering. Not only did we go over the order 2 times with 3 different workers. When I got my order it was completely wrong. Yes I should of gone in and have them correct it. But, what's the point when u argued with 3 different workers about your taco box and it was still wrong. I spoke with 3 different ppl. How is it wrong!? 100 dollars layers. I will go to the one in Dallas off of 30 from now on. ON TOP OF THAT IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY. IT WAS ME AND 1 OTHER CAR! HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW MY ORDER WAS WRONG AFTER SPEAKING WITH 3 WORKERS.

Visited Taco ? Cabana on a Saturday evening. The sitting area was empty, a couple of people waiting on to-go orders, and yet our order took quite a bit of time to be ready. I wish the tables and floors in this restaurant were clean and the service was faster.Portion sizes were on the smaller size despite paying higher prices.Aside from these issues, the food tasted fresh and delicious. ? ???

Everytime I have come here my order is not correct. Why ask your customers what they want on their tacos if your are going make them wrong? Would not recommend this place.

I really enjoyed the Bowl special here at Taco Cabana. Really good and affordable Lunch. I put 1 star less bc the Menu board inside was nearly blank during my visit. Not sure if they were replacing the board. But I couldn't figure out what all options they had. So I picked something I saw off the Poster outside on the window. Even though I know it's not possible for them to put out condiments like before due to Covid I wish they had a list of what free Condiments what they can give with the meal. That would of been helpful! Other than that. Great Lunch stop!

Love eating here but the dining area could be a little cleaner being that no one is ever ding in and we always go about 10:30 -11ish in the morning and the tables are always dirty

The last several times I've ordered from here, I NEVER RECEIVE MY ENTIRE ORDER & again tonight, missing items.I understand that everyone is understaffed and overworked but when I spend $50 for 3 people to eat dinner & our order is extremely simple then I expect it to be correct. You can't manage to double check my bag to ensure that my drinks are in there and that the correct number of chips and cheese are included??? RIDICULOUS!!!
