This is one of the Taco Bell that actually gets my order right. Kudos to you guys!!
I try not to complain I really don't try to do that. With that being said I mean when your hours on your door say that you open at 7:00 a.m. why are you not ready to go at 7:00 a.m.? I just walked over there and the doors are locked someone saw me at the door and employee saw me at the door she went to get another employee the gentleman came to where he can see me from behind the counter. And just nodded now a couple times. I called them and he answered and he proceeds to tell me that they don't open till 7:30. Which if you do not open till 7:30 that is fine but that information and your hours on your door need to be reflecting that don't you think? The guy acts surprised when I said to him is that why the hours say 7:00 a.m.? He acted like he was surprised and then he goes on to tell me oh well we're just not ready yet. Good grief either open at the time posted on your door or update your information that's all I'm saying.
Bad they got my order wrong paid 2 tacos for 20 dollars, my order was 2 quesadilla and 2 lemonade, and I call multiple times I was at Richardson and as you can see I didn't have time,bad uk I wouldt cone back
I went through the Drive - through & i got two soft Tacos. They were very good for the price!
I don't like to complain, but if I'm going to spend $40 at least get my order right or at least give me a complete order.. never going back there again

This location in seems to mess up my order every time. I wish the employees cared more
I came here on early Thursday morning at around 2:45am, and I know the employees were tired but the lady at the drive thru had great costumer service and the food was fresh and delicious! My new Taco Bell spot!
They run out of things here all the time. Who knows what kind of manager can’t manage their inventory. Good luck if you come here
