We were given a wait time of 25-30 minutes, but were seated in less than 10-15 minutes. In a Saturday night, that is pretty good. The waitress was great. Normally, they'd bug you every 2 minutes asking if you need anything or the complete opposite and you're looking for the waiter/waitress to serve you & they're nowhere to be found. The food is always amazing, so of course we'll be back. With it being cool/cold outside, they had options to go on a heated patio. That's very considerate and comforting to customers & the employees.
Last year, 5 dollar footlongs... This year, 15 dollar footlongs?!? Same basic sandwich with fewer options to choose from at 3 times the cost... Subway is another loser of a failing administration!

I've been going here the past 6 years but recently it has been on a decline with slow service and always getting orders wrong. I ordered pick up through the app I arrived with the line wrapping around to the outside there were so many customers you couldn't even get in the place. I finally got in to the store there were no sandwiches left at the pick-up area so I assumed the meals weren't even made yet even though the app says they were. I waited over 30 minutes just to finally get what I ordered only to see I didn't even get what I ordered all sandwiches were the EXACT SAME and not different. They were all duplicates of ONE SANDWICH the lady behind the counter was rude wouldn't make the correct sandwiches because it would take her too long and has other people to help. She also didn't give me the cookies or drinks that I had to ask for and she was upset by me asking I'd like what I ordered. I got tired of dealing with her so I left with incorrect sandwiches and ordered again at the other Subway nearby before they close and they got the sandwiches correct.
Outstanding customer service. The food is fresh and affordable.

They are rude upon any request given to them. They don’t make sandwiches correctly at all. Very angry.
