This locations customer service is terrible. The lady was rude and slopply making the sandwiches. She got upset because I didn't understand her because she was talking low and was acting like she was being bothered. I wish I could give zero stars.
The cashier was rude i barely got any meat and I paid over 8$ And my sandwich burned like was throwing the meat back in the bucket and the cheese the same like I always come to this location but I guess I have to find another location

Absolute worst customer service. Rude young woman with attitude problem and male manager upheld her irate behavior. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. Opt to going further out to a Subway with a friendlier staff or Jimmy John’s next time.

This location provides large servings of my favorite meats and veggies. Outstanding customer service with a smile. I had forgotten the beauty of outstanding service.
Customer service is nonexistent here. They are rude and moody. Don't ask for anything or they will roll their eyes about having to do their job, like toasting your sandwich. Looks like they hate their job. I quit going to Subway because of how rude they are at this store.
Cassandra IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! SHE'S FAST, SWEET, KNOWS HER JOB AND WHAT SHE IS POSED TO BE DOING. NEED MORE WORKERS LIKE HER. Thank you for being helpful with a smile & also for getting my sandwiches ready quickly as well. Keep up the good work!!!!
Pretty sure if I’m the customer and i want the foot long with two different meats on it. (Half & Half) plus I’m paying for it, there shouldn’t be a problem right? ….. tell me why one of your staff members refused to do it like that, when i have gotten it before that way. He said there not allowed to do it that way. Refused to let me speak to a manager and said he can’t let me talk to one.
I made sure to leave a nice tip for both of the young men that made my sandwiches. They did a great job. The store was clean and the service was excellent! I also mentioned to them while I was paying how pleased I was with them. They paid attention and were very polite.
