This location is literally always out of stuff (bread, meat,etc)
I love it cause it's a sandwich with all the stuff I don't have at home buut they never have what my husband wants to order, so it kinda cancels each other out idk what to tell you man you have to decide for yourself on this one lol
I ordered the 6 inch steak & cheese sub, on wheat bun. When i left the restaurant, i noticed the outside bread of the bun, was hard!! So, i had to tear that off & couldn't eat the sandwich!!
Service was good but slow, she needs some help and it be great
We came about 20 minutes before closing and ordered 5 ft longs. Chris took his time and made our sandwiches and made them perfectly, he did not rush. He did not make us feel like we was running him late, although I know we were. He was polite, pleasant and very thorough. Very good work ethic. They cut off the light but did not lock the door, and another customer came in behind us. He did not tell him the place was closed. He allowed him to stay with no problems. Chris made my night. I hope he gets recognized for being an asset to the business. And when we got home our sandwiches was absolutely perfect, because of the time he took to make sure everything was just right.
Never go back to that subway store!! Mad very mad store!
Absolutely the worst experience. Took 17 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. They were not busy I was the only one there. The line with the food was disgusting and unclean. The customer service was abismal. They have a sign saying they are short staffed but that’s not an excuse for terrible food and service.
I went on Sunday 10:40 am and it was closed there was someone inside but they did not open it, on 2 more occasions that I have been the spinach they are all rotten and the lettuce all yellow
Went to the scyene rd subway and they have said for last month r more that they only take online orders... Left went to the one at Masters and lake June. Well they had no bread only 1 6inch that's it. Left and called the one at Lake June and 635 and ask them r u taking walk ins and do u have everything? She was real nice saying they had everything except the toaster oven wasn't working. I said that's not a problem and I was on my way. Cheez ppl all this for a sandwich. GET IT TOGETHER SUBWAY... IM GOING TO JIMMY JOHNS...
Went in yesterday which was 6-14-21 & the food waa horrible,customer service was beyond horrible and my food wasn’t right i wish i could post my pictures. They really need to close this location down ive called 5x ans nobody is picking up
