This Starbucks was very slow. My order wasn’t ready until more than 20 minutes after the app said it would be. I visited on a Sunday afternoon, and I’ve never experienced such slow service even during a morning rush. I’ll be going to any other Starbucks from now on. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and almost into the street. This was incredibly disappointing, and I’m inclined to contact their corporate office.
This location is always a mess. Long lines, nasty location, unfriendly staff. I have nothing nice to say or contribute that is positive regarding this Starbucks.
in that restaurant they put what the workers want.! a cold coffee was ordered.! only cold without ice.! how easy it is just stir the iron and remove it.! but, that you couldn't, why would the coffee be left almost nothing.! So I told them is it theft? They put more ice than coffee ? that is not better to ask for a glass with ice and it would no longer be coffee, very bad service.! .! I went to another and without hesitation they gave me my cold coffee without ice.!
My Caramel ribbon crunch had too much ice and it took away from the flavor, even though I got extra caramel.
Restroom (male) has strong sewer smell. Informed management. Been 1 day, any feedback?

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! 4th time this month they are out of strawberry lemonade açaí and the pink drink. Starbucks barista said were on “back order” for the strawberries. Then she said “We’re a very busy Starbucks and they run out of Strawberry ingredients within 1 business day.” Called multiple Starbucks in the area and they are NOT in back order. Whoever is managing this Starbucks locations inventory is not ordering enough to keep their customers satisfied. I know I’m definitely not the only one disappointed in the lack of “out of stock” drinks this past month.
This morning I had to go to the VA Hospital afterwards there's a Starbucks inside, so I stopped a gift card for Starbucks picked up my items went to the cashier and she told me that they do not accept Starbucks gift card. That was very disappointing a major organization accept. So I left the VA hospital and Joe to the closest Starbucks which was in Mesquite, I get there and they did not have what I wanted. Not only was it a waste of time and trip what a waste of money not often do you see sushi at Starbucks, the VA Hospital have four selections. But will not take the card the gift card Mesquite location do not have any sushi so I drove home empty-handed
$7 for a warm cup of milk. Where’s the coffee? Shots ? Espresso? I drink coffee to put my butt in gear not make me go to sleep. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink on the wrong day but please next time offer alternatives if a customer says they don’t like it three times. I should of just kept the coffee straight up instead of trying all those fancy ones .
It's Starbucks... Good coffee, friendly staff.. the usual. This location just opened in an area that has not had a Starbucks, so the line in the drive thru was exceptionally long, but this is not the fault of the business.. the line moved quickly and efficiently, and my venti caramel frappacino was delicious as always!
