2 stars on yelp…thats a little more accurate! came in at 9:30 and was denied anything with espresso because they said they had to leave by 10…(which would be a whole 30 minutes later if im correct) then when we asked why, the guy proceeded to tell us “not unless you want to help us clean”. this place does a great job in representing the company!
I've come here often and enjoyed the atmosphere. It was warm, comfortable, and inviting. It's changed a lot over the past few years. It's become cold, uninviting, impersonal. The actual feeling inside is COLD. Nothing about the current state of Starbucks says "come inside, sit with friends and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and conversion" The coffee is still good, but the atmosphere is unacceptable.
We ordered 2 hot drinks that took 20 mins to receive. They both tasted horrible. The pike place coffee tasted like water (I think they made an americano).
I'm an Uber Eats driver and when I was there, even though they were crowded, they got to me quickly, and had my order ready. This place, despite being busy was also clean. I was impressed. Order your next Starbucks off your Uber Eats app on your phone and I guarantee I will deliver your order, the way I'd want my order delivered.
I've been drinking the most amazing Starbucks coffees for days. 2 3 days ago while I was having my coffee I saw some serious guys (supervisor or manager I guess) and everything went bad after that day. tell me starbucks are those guys the reason you make such bad cofffee.Did they tell employees to use more water. Because this can be only water. Please turn back to the three days ago.

Really like how big this Starbucks is. My only suggestion is don't go too close to closing, you may end up with a completely different drink than what you order, due to the lack of caring closing shift has. But hey they're overworked and underpaid so I can't give them fault. I'd be the same way. Oh they were also kind enough to remake it so 5 stars for the late crew!
The young lady taking my order was great and helpful. But I went to ask if a drink sitting on the counter was mine because I thought I may have missed my name and that employee was rude. Also my medium drink was half empty but I had to get to an appointment so had to leave.
From a man that visiting from NYC , this store was very welcoming. I walked in gloomy and left with a smile on my face. Great customer service!
It was great, got our coffee and Frappuccino quickly.
