Barista made a completely different drink, charged me for what I asked (espresso frapp extra shot of espresso) and then when I said it was wrong she said oh well it's made this way so I'd have to charge you $1 for every shot and charged me again when I didn't want 4 shots and then it was still wrong. Tasted horrible and the color wasn't even what it's supposed to be. Didn't offer a receipt. Wasted $9 and 20 minutes.
I got Starbucks this morning at about 645am. I had a grocery store coupon that made a grander drink 2 bucks! Got in line behind 6 people and waited...only 'cause the drink was 2 bucks. The barista was so nice and calm and unfortunately by herself, which I am not complaining, but I think they should have had 2 people there so she iant stressed. I would have been. This lady kept cool, a smile on her face and was sooo pleasant!! When she rang me up, somehow it was only 16 cents for a grande pink drink!!!! Her attitude and the cost was probably the best experience I have ever had at Starbucks!!! I am still not sure why the drink was only 16 cents, but I guess who cares!!!
First time going to the location inside Mesquite TomThumb location. I'll be coming back for sure!?
The staff is quick but not very friendly. They made my daughters drink with leftovers from the previous drink
A good coffee to start a day. Starbucks has a good balance mixture of coffee you want.
To be honest this is a place for high school kids who are looking to score a few extra bucks. Customer service and having a spirit of excellence is not on their top priority list. They are nice kids but nonchalant. I mean what would you really expect from a bunch of teenagers. They don’t exhibit a sense of urgency when the line is long. A few visits I did see some issues with cleanliness behind the counter with wiping the counter down with smelly, sour rag. I no longer visit here for drinks but to buy specialty or holiday cups.
Ordered a regular small coffee but tell me why when I received it tasted cold. There was several people in front of me as I waited. I couldn’t believe I went home with a cold old coffee. Super nasty.
This Starbucks is a little slower than most, but my beverages always turn out just the way I like them!
Went in today like always to have my same customized coffee and Out of 6 years and multiple locations around Texas this is the first time ever being charged for extra pumps of anything. I even showed the cashier Zury (name from my receipt and the tall one - not the short one) my purchase history from my app and from HER same store showing her what I always order. Instead of trying to find out and clarify that she was wrong she's all nonchalant basically telling me for the last 6 years and every Starbucks location I've ever been to everyone has been charging me wrong ? and she's the only person out of all the stores charging right!!? Even when I order through app it never charges additional!!
