Was not good at all.. the spice was jus pasted on the inside and thrown to us... the only waitress/cashier was rude as hell and was rushing us.. well not ever go back..Def not worth the money. If your looking for a great seafood boil this ain't it
This place used to be good. Not anymore.When we walked in, I were not greeted. The waitress just lazily sat by the counter, looking at us. I greeted her and she replied with "I didn't say anything became I'm not a loud person." Like, what?Then, she took our order and got it wrong three times. After the third time of us telling her our order (about 10 minutes in between each time, my wife and I looked at each other and the waitress asks "Well, do y'all still want it?" Finally, the cashier came from around the counter and took our order and got it right(4th time) The food is good and the cashier was great, but that waitress needs a lot more training
Horrible Customer Service and bad attitude! Upon arriving to pick up my order I noticed BEFORE paying that extra items were added that I did not order and were placed in my boil bag. This was not stated over the phone after she repeated the order to me! You can’t charge people one price over the phone then add all these extra things after then expect them to pay for it! Work on your customer service and integrity honey especially you’re going to be working the front end. If you would have stated what the extra charges were over the phone then I would have gladly paid for them. While your at it change your sausages because the new ones are too rubbery
Horrible customer service, messed up my order they didn’t apologize or anything but did give me 20% off the next meal I asked her do I need a paper or something to show she said no she have my phone number so she will know and then went back to use my 20% and they act like they didn’t know anything about it and said they can’t use it. I understand mistakes happen but they are just unprofessional and it’s not the best seafood. Might as well go around the corner to seafood shack.
I have been going to this particular restaurant for a minute but today was the worst experience ever this was the first time I’ve ever dealt with this Asian gentleman would not give me my money back because he said they don’t do that the wings were very dry so I ask for the Teriyaki so he took those and sprinkled the sauce on them. Out of my sixty years on earth I have never experienced such a rude person like this
The catfish batter was old but the inside was flaky. The crawfish was dry and chewy and not fresh. It was not boiled, it tasted steamed and not moist at all. The seasoning was good but not real favor or juice in the bag. Very disappointing! They had NO hot sauce, salt or pepper. The hash puppies were not done inside. The coconut shrimp was almost burnt and dry! Would NOT Recommend At All!
Honestly I could care less to ever come back here due to lack of customer service, not attentive, and bland food.So a friend and I decided to visit here for the first time today and agreed we won't be back. Her reasoning is the food and mine is more on the customer service side.When I walked in, I was the only customer there. 2 females were at the register talking and never greeted me. So once I got closer I spoke with a hello. They did say hi but nothing more, not what can I get you today or something to begin an order. I had to initiate everything. So I ask how are you all doing today and they both just said good. So I proceeded to tell them that this was a 1st time visit and placed my ordered. Now everyone who knows me knows I'm a seafood gal and I love me some shrimp. Now the girl taking my order wasnt rude she just wasn't paying attention much,, talked to her coworker more and kept asking, "anything else?" At this point I'm like let me wrap this up then until I saw that they had a section on the menu for extra shrimp, I pointed to it and said add me an order of extra shrimp, before I can say make that two, she goes: "anything else?" So I'm like yes make that two extra orders of shrimp and you can add that onto the catfish and shrimp basket order (meaning I dont mind it all together).Well long story short, once my order is ready, I check it before leaving because it was $75 worth of food and I live too far to be calling later. Instead of 2 orders of extra shrimp, they give me 2 orders of extra fish. I already order enough fish and I'm more of a shrimp person. Im very thorough especially when it comes to my food. I bring it to the girl's attention and she insists that I order 2 extra fish and they are not going to change it or refund it which I didn't ask for a refund. I did however ask, didn't they both cost the same and she checks and say yes but why check if your not going to change it out. I was going to just buy some more but at this point I'm like the best thing I can do is never spend money here again and share my experience.The food I had was fried well. Everything was bland but we had a Lotta zing packets in the car. The hushpuppies were really good. The fish would be exceptional with some seasoning. The shrimp needed some seasoning too and to each its own but I dont care for the breaded like coating on shrimp. The fries were hot and okay but could use some seasoning.My friend text me this about the boil bag(I didnt have any): Ok so the boil bag had a good taste, butttttt lol, they did not put juice from the boil in the bag..... The 1st one i ever had was soooooo juicy but not from here though but that bag is a lil dry.Overall cant say that anything was just nasty or over/under cooked because it wasn't.Everyone has different taste and thats fine...but like I said and more of the lack of customer service that left a bad taste in my mouth and has me not ever going back.
Let me say I've been coming for a while and it's always good. Sometimes not a as hot as it should be. But I am the other day and it was so hot and steamy and this time the shrimp was deveined and that has NEVER happened. I was sooo satisfied that they deserved a review. Hopefully it continues this way. I was so happy and satisfied with this order.
The seafood didn’t taste as fresh as I hoped for. Left out my corn on the cob ?. Only two hush puppies. A lot to be desired for a $50 meal for my wife and I.
The food was good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The credit card mechanism at the checkout caused issue and the staff didn't take it into consideration and it upset my family.
