Great customer service! We choose to only come to this location more than any other in our direct area, came tonight shortly before closing and the manager Chris happened to be short staffed, was having to do ALOT on his own yet still came out to directly take out order & said he recognized we are regulars, special order drinks always come out right & they don't get frustrated or rush when we have to order for our family of 5
Waited 20 mins.. all I have to say, don’t try the fish sandwich.. it’s terrible! Gummy and super fishy.. also all the food was cold.. even hot, I’m sure it would still be fishy tasting though.
Was out there on Sunday night. Only had person running the food out. I had ordered ahead, checked-in, and got the message it was coming out. He brought out food to someone I was there before and I ask for him to check on it. Waited some and he brought food to another person that I was there before and asked again. Nothing so I left because it wasn't enough money for me to go back and forth about it and I needed to go (the whole reason I ordered ahead). Will not be going back to this location.
Chris is a great new manager. He helped me with an issue from two weeks ago and is very helpful.
we've had our ups and downs with this particular Sonic but this review is strictly about Monday 3/21. it was nasty weather and the manager was way understaffed. Not only did he continue to have a smile on his face but he was genuinely super nice AND the food was awesome. I didn't catch his name, but I'm really glad he was brought to this location.
I stopped coming here awhile back staff was rude. Gave it a try and honestly come back because the new manager Chris is so polite. Seems the atmosphere changed. Quick and friendly with the orders and bringing them out. Great job Chris !

I made and online order and I made a user error and ordered the wrong drink. The night manager Chris was very sweet and albeit I did order the drink…he still allowed me to correct my order without making me pay for another drink. Love this place!
