Terrible experience with Sonic. Placed a mobile order at the stall. A simple order of two soft drinks.After sitting at the stall for 10 minutes and noticing no orders were being fulfilled and the prayer tree of orders wasn’t being answered and noticing other customers were getting frustrated, my wife step out of the car.She was met by an employee, most likely the manager, she stated they never got the order because the stall was broken. A complete lie since it was a mobile order and we had the receipt.She quickly returned to our car with two drinks, mindful we didn’t tell her what the order was, she knew to bring two drinks. Further proof of the lie.We left, tasted our drinks, and there were wrong. We think that was done in spite. Second bad Sonic experience in a row at different locations.Keep this up Sonic and many locations will have to close.
Nastiest food I ever had. First I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. When I did get my food it was colder than my drink. Ask to speak with the manager it her took forever to come out side. She never came to see what horrible food they prepared for me and my son to eat. Bottom line take compassion on what you do for a living and make YOUR costumers happy.
Why is it every time I come here my order is never right or I always find out when I get home I'm missing something. Yes I should check before I leave but I shouldn't have to. I ordered two burgers and a foot long coney only to find out I'm missing a burger. I keep coming back for hopes it won't happen again but I'm almost always let down. I love sonic but won't be back to this location.
I went one evening around 10 and had to wait like 30 for my food but I’ll tell you why. I noticed the guy that took our order was the one taking out orders and also making orders all by himself! So I didn’t mind waiting if you ask me he deserves a raise for handling all that all alone. The bottom of the receipt said Calvin so I’m amusing that’s his name so Sonic please realize what a hard working employee y’all have.
They were so slow waited 25mins for some shakes got tired of waiting so we left
Just went here after placing an order through the app. I waited 30 minutes and then pressed the button the see what was going on. They said it had just gotten ready and they were sending it out. All of my food was cold and they didn't include any of the sauces requested with it. Easily the worst Sonic I've been to.
Extremely poor customer service. Associate took our order and then voided it out of the system and then ignored us when we pressed the button to ask about our order while proceeding to bring out orders to people who arrived and ordered after us. Did I mention all we ordered was a bag of ice!? Save your time and go the location on Oates - they have better customer service and food quality.
Corn Dog was not hot and the fries old and dry and the sweet te was not so sweet. So the day after ma and my husband ate lunch at Kellers
The staff was super energetic and it was contagious. The food was spot on. The best cherry limeaide I've had in a long time. Thank you so much.
Honestly, i’m better off driving to Forney. I go to this one every now and then because it is right by my house, but I feel like im disappointed everytime I come to this location. I never get napkins or peppermints (I love thier peppermints lol ) … and this time my burgers were burnt. I’m annoyed ?
