I had all but given up on this location a year ago. Stopped in today and was greeted promptly with the most polite male voice that sounded like he wanted to actually help me. When the food came out so very quick, hot and correct I was so happy that someone cares. The older gentleman carhop was so precious, courteous and moved fast like he loved what he was doing. He told me to have a super Sonic day! I will be back for his smiling face! Sonic please don't ever let this man go, give him days off and pay him well until he is ready to retire! I will be a regular again!
Ordered 4 1.99 conveys and the smart guys there decided to stack them 2x2. The toppings were stuck to the plastic. If that wasn't enough instead of giving me footlong weiners I got 2 regular size old weiners. One was even curled on the end. I eat here at least 4 times a week sonic...This is not what's up!
I would avoid this location, the food is never good nor fresh the shakes are horrible they don’t wear hair nets or gloves, the manager has bad customer service????If your looking for good shakes go to the location on GallowayI just bought a chocolate shake they put squeezed fudge all over my cup then gives us a lid with finger prints all on it, I’m over it then the shake taste like vanilla instead of chocolate the whip cream looked old on top never going back here ever.
Management should teach their young employees not to ask if a customer wants their change. Always offer it. More likely able to keep it
Love the concept of the hard peppermint in the bag thing. It’s the small/little things that mean a lot or go a long way. Good looking out.

It's not very often I go to a Sonic and my order is completely right. This visit was no different, this time my grilled cheese was not grilled. The bread was not toasted. Who makes a grilled cheese without grilling the bread? SONIC that's who. It's always something. I will say that this location is the best one in Mesquite. So come on guys, sheesh. Don't be as dissapointing as the rest of them..
My favorite place to geta quick snack and/or drink. Usually service is fast and the people are nice.
This place is very nice, clean, and also has a great customer service, And when I went to order a number 7 (The foot long chilly chess) with fries an a medium coke, they brought my order in less the 4 minutes.My order was fresh and hot, very lovely and also my order was correct. And was brought out by Julio.I will definitely be passing by to get my order here constantly.
