The staff is horrible. waited 30 mins for an online order we put in 20 mins before we got there. After waiting so long we hit the button and they claimed they didn't k ow what stall we were in. even tho the ricept says what stall were in we get out food and it's wrong. Ice cream melted. drinks watered down from sit5ing so long with ice. This location needs a good class on quality control. The fact that the food sat out so long in the temperature danger zone is a food health violation and I hope you all enjoy when the health inspector shows up.
Both time I’ve been here my food is cold it takes forever, I sat at the drive thru window for 30 min waiting they took my money never gave me a receipt after 20 min the girls asked if I had paid two times they don’t care or know why they are doing, they were inside gossiping and playing around worst service ever. Finally handed me the good after 30 min… never going back
I wanted to email in about our experience today, 4/6/22. I ordered through the app at @ 6:15pm. I arrived and check in approximately 5 mins later. I expected to wait for the food but our total wait was 40 minutes. After waiting about 10 minutes, we saw a woman go up to the doors and knock to get the workers attention. She had two sandwiches in her hand, one of which she had already unwrapped. She told the young lady that wasn’t what she ordered. My mom joked and said I hope that is not ours. The screen had already said “Jayla is on the way with your order”. After waiting another 10 mins, I pressed the button. I had to wait another 10-12 mins before someone answered. I explained we had been waiting for 30+ mins for our order. A gentlemen came out right away and said sorry and left. I checked the bag and noticed it was very oily so I knew the bag was just sitting there the whole time. When I got home that’s when I realized they had just given food they had already given to another customer. The wrapper is all crinkled and you can obviously tell someone had already unwrapped it. I had only removed the sandwich from the bag when I took the picture, I had not opened it. I’m very disappointed and very disgusted. I can’t begin to imagine what else is served if it is deemed okay to serve food that had already gone out to someone else.Customer service’s solution was to offer me a burger and onion rings. No accountability, no offer to reach out to this location. This is so disgusting and so unsanitary.
I stopped going here myself after my order was just always going to be wrong some how. But today I swung by to pick up something for some one else. I was there for about 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and a side. They didn’t even respond when in hit the button again to get an update after the “tracker “ timed out. It had even said some one was on their way with my order on the screen but 5+ minutes later no one was there. There was only 1 or 2 other cars there at the time. Luckily the card reader seemed to have been broken after confirming no charges on my card I left.
Horrible service. I did a mobile order nnit took them 45 minutes to bring me 2 drinks n 2 cus of ice. The employees and managers were just standing around. One girl had her hair in her face and none of the other females had their hair up off their shoulders. I'm glad I didn't order any food. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. DONT TRUST THAT THE EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS OR CLEAN THE DISHES THE CORRECT WAY.
Ordered at 6:15, I did not leave the stall until almost 7pm. Waited over 40 mins for an order that was done through the app-food was cold and oily. That’s not the worst part. I watched someone sitting at the tables receive two burgers that were wrong and give them back to a worker after opening it. My mom joked that she hoped that wasn’t ours since it was taking so long. I hit the red button and let them know we had been waiting for so long and they immediately brought out a bag. It was soaked at the bottom, the bag must have been sitting there the entire 40 mins we waited there to get that oily. When I got home I took my burger out and noticed the foil was all crumpled like someone had opened it. It clicked-They literally gave me the ordered that had already gone out to another customer. That is soooo unsanitary and so disgusting. How is that okay to serve something another customer had already opened and touched??? Tried calling the number, no response. Emailed the exact email on the website-was given a run around. Emailed customer service and they offered a burger and onion rings. As if I ever want to go back. Nothing about reaching out to that location about this not happening to other customers, no accountability for how disgustingly unsanitary that is. Please do not go to this location.
Mom comes for the happy hour (1/2 price drinks)every afternoon. They treat her like fàmily.
WTH??? This is not the Frito Junior chili cheese wraps!!! This is pure laziness and and cheat out of my money. This location needs a whole new crew in there and fire the current staff. The wraps need to be filled totally up from one end of the tortilla to the other.
Had to keep repeating to the person my order. At the end my kids and I were surprised at how cheap the price was. Turns out she messed up our order. Not even half the food was put in and some of it was given to us and got cold by the time the rest of it was turned in to us. Of course we had to pay the difference. ? We got tired of waiting!
This sonic is by far the worst it took forever to get my food and when I did it was cold the cheese wasn’t melted the meat had to be sitting there for a min because the whole burger was cold the fries were cold!!!!!! I usually don’t leave reviews but this was unacceptable I’m pretty easy going but this was just to much and I had to let you guys know that was not ok….My order,Double cheeseburger no onions no pickles mayo no mustard hi-C to drinkA sonic burger with cheese no tomatoes no mustard fries and a Hi-CI’m not looking to get it fixed because I’ll probably never go back but I wanted to let the world knowIf you guys don’t like your job just find another one
