@sonic...I must say that I am so deeply saddened by my most recent trip to this establishment on Cartwright. I pulled into the carhop stall 20 and preceded to place my order; 2 number 3's one with large fries the other with large tots and a strawberry sweet teas. I placed my order at 10:36 pm. I noticed cars leaving and pulling in constantly. The stall screen said Jennifer is on the way with my order so I figured all was well. I think ok great. Wrong...no Jennifer. At 10:50 pm I pressed the button again to inquire about my order. The lady comes on the intercom and says we are closed before I could say anything. This continued for 3 more button pushes. When I was finally able to speak I informed her I had not received my order. She apologizes and states there was only one person in the back. My initial plan was to beat the severe storm that was coming in. 11:00pm still no food. I pressed the button again and she states he is making my order now. I did not receive my order until 11:15 pm. I get home to check my order and the sweet strawberry teas ice was literally almost completely melted, the burgers were soggy. My daughters fries were cooked to a crisp and was hard, my tater tots tasted like a mouth full of grease like they put them in grease again. I spent $22 on food that I couldn't eat. I called the store to ask for a manager and the lady who was the same lady that took my order answered the phone. I asked for a manger. She then asks for the general manager or manager manager? I respond by asking for a manager of that location. She replies i am the manager. I then made told her who i was and what i ordered and told her I was just there. She hangs up the phone in my face and she must have blocked the number as my calls no longer were accepted. So since she would not take my call so we could handle things privately...I have no other recourse but to post this publicly. @sonic if this is how you are training your managers to handle conflicts resolutions then shame on you.

Every time we come here and push the button. We have to wait 20 mins before any employees to answer. So today 15 minutes went by. I call and a young lady answer the phone. I ask her is anyone going to take my order. I am sitting here in the Cadillac. So she said what the stall number I said 14 . I just doesn't understand why it so slow service at this Sonic location only.

Got my order completely wrong, overcharged me by adding things I didn’t order then REFUSED to give me a refund saying “the cause we paid cash she cannot do refund” WHAT?? That’s sounds very suspicious like if your stealing from the company voiding orders or something I may be wrong be that is the only reason in my eyes you wouldn’t be able to return my money. The lady said she’s the manager but she gave me attitude the entire time even had the nerve to curse me out and make racist slurrs towards me being a fat Mexican, this is completely inappropriate!! I will be contacting the stores GM and Corporate!!! This is supposed to be fast food but apparently NOT - WASTED 40 min at this Sonic!!! Now after wasting 40min, being insulted and disrespected, robbed for $20-25$, orders completely wrong, my kids are crying and they don’t want this food/drinks because it’s not what they wanted!! I can go to sleep at 11:00pm to get up for work at 5am and work untill 7:30 SMH THIS IS RIDICULOUS ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!

The positive reviews must be paid for. How nice to be called a B**** when ordering food. Or to be cut off mid sentence when explaining how you'd like you're ice cream to be made. -1 star.

When I say they were slow, I mean snail slow. The one on Cartwright is always slow, so it's to be expected. This new cookies & cream cone was good though.

Went here tonight and it was the worst experience in the whole sonic industry the manager came out to the car and told me what I ordered and then got mad and told me bet after he told me it would take an hour to get my order ready.

I will say the food was hot the person that came out to my vehicle was very happy friendly enjoyed the service the only thing I didn't like is it needed to be cleaned outside the building I've included pictures

Great place, a bit understaffed but understandable given our circumstances regarding the pandemic. Tabitha was the only carhop working, and she hustled with a smile on her face! Exceptional location, I will be back!

Sonic is my go to when I want something quick and taste worthy. I appreciate the kids who are working there because alternatively they could be somewhere getting in trouble. I'm conscious about tipping them showing my appreciation for making good choices to stay out of trouble and work.

Took my son to grab a cherry limeade. We were both disappointed, because they didn't mix it well. Our drinks tasted like 7-up, no cherry flavor or cherries?
