This location is ran by children. The food wasn't/isn't fresh. We had to ask for condiments more than once. When we couldn't pay were you park the carhop took off with the card. He didn't explain he would have to come back with it being at other location they do it on the spot where you can see. We were worried because all the fraud issues hopefully nothing happens. My daughter went there before and they actually wouldn't even respond as customers were sitting watching them inside location even pushing the red button. So, basically they were forcing everyone to leave. This location will not get another dollar from us.
The food is never fresh or tasty at this location. Workers are always goofing around, playing grab gluteus with each other rather than working or attempting to be professional.I used to work at this location 20+ years ago as teenager. Let’s just say the aesthetic has gone downhill. Place looks rundown, food tastes and looks terrible, workers look sloppy.Will drive to the one on Cartwright from now on.
Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Pressed the red button a 2nd time & the kid said my order was not ready yet. I noticed other cars that got to sonic after me left before me with their order. Waited another 15 minutes for my order. Got home & realized I was missing half my order. Went back to the store and spoke to a manager & she made it right. The kids working at sonic were rude & didn't seem to care. Thankful for the manager that took care of me.
My chicken sandwich, the chicken was old and hard and so was the bun. VERY small amount of cold fries, and my ocean water drink had no ice and it was all around the side of the cup. Awful, I have never had this problem at this Sonic before and I go there all the time. And new guy was trying to take my order and he asking someone for help. AND MY BUN WAS BURNT.... I tried to call back several times that day and evening with no answer.
The hispanic manager is rude they sold me 4 wacky packs with no toys included had me waiting for at least 30 mins at the stall I would never recommend only 2-3 workers
Went to this location after getting bad service at the Cartwright location. Definitely recommend this location. Chris the manager took our order. He was super friendly, the service was fast, and our food was great. Will def be coming back to this location.
CHRIS WAS AWESOME. He’s so much better than the management I’ve experienced before at this location. I’m never going to another sonic anywhere but here. The sweet tea is second only to my own, and even then I don’t make it as often! Service was the kindest and quickest and his staff ran like a well greased machine. Hope he keeps making the goods flow! I saw active cleaning in the kitchen and I feel much more secure purchasing from this location:-)

He worked to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. I can see this location really improving with a person/ manager like him in charge. Also, I didn’t get the carhops name, but I think she was new or at least still in training. She was so sweet and really trying to give it her all! Keep up the good work guys, because it is showing!
Tired of coming here and these KIDS can’t get a simple order right!!! It’s easy…..the Receipt tells you everything they need to know to make my order correctly!!!!I really do appreciate the manager Chris for making my order his self and it came out just right!!!!! Our Food look like Like it does on the menu!!!Side note: this place needs more training or hire less kids !
Chris the manager was very friendly and attentive. It’s rare to get such fun and great customer service anymore. The food came out in a timely manner and every team member was engaging and talking to other customers in there car. Kudos to this location for the experience tonight . I will be backSanta Yoda
