4 Star Purely for the customer service.The food was disappointing to say the least. All meat had a strange aftertaste and texture.There's a lack of sides when ordering burgers so you'll have to get an order of fries separately unfortunately.While this isn't inherently bad, I just expected a better burger than what I got.However, the customer service was great! Staff is very attentive and I've never felt more welcomed! Just wish the food was as good as the service!
We have not been to Snuffers in a LONG time and was wanting their fried pickles yum! We arrived and there was no wait. Only a few people on the patio and a few at the bar. We ordered appetizers and they were out of pickles. :-/ so we ordered cheddar fries and onion rings. 5 minutes later our waitress came out and told us they had no more onion rings. So we got the chips and salsa. The rest of our order came out fairly quickly the hot items were fresh hot and appealing. My salid was crisp and cold. Our waitress came out regularly to check on us. All in all the experience was good. They just need a little work on ordering enough product. This was a Monday night so it was not like the busiest day of the week. - 1 Star for lack of a two food items on their appetizer menu.
Ordering by phone for carryout was easy enough. When I arrived, there was no one immediately attentive to incoming guests. I stood by the host stand for a few minutes while several staff members walked by without acknowledging me. There was no signage indicating self-seating or where to go for carryout orders. I headed over the bar and finally got someone's attention. Food was hot and packaged well. Nothing was missed.

My partner and I waited and waited and waited. We eventually just got up and left. This was our second time at this location. The first time was when it 1st opened and the burgers were practically raw. We wanted to give them another chance. But I just can't tolerate bad service. There are too many choices out there.
First experience was okay.... not great, but not horrible. Didn't know we could just sit anywhere, but after that awkward moment looking for someone who worked there to greet us, we sat. Took about 15 minutes for someone to greet us & take our order. I could be exaggerating, but it felt that long. 10 minutes minimum. The food was okay... nothing to brag over, but my kids loved the cheese fries. After the waiter disappeared again when I was ready to pay, I knew I wasn't coming back for a while, if at all. They got 4 stars because like I said, it wasn't horrible. Just a small lack of customer service, but if they get that down... it'd be great.
Great service overall! Walked in with a girls basketball team, coaches and multiple parents/families and were seated immediately. Our server Tracey wasted no time with drinks and shortly after our food orders. Tracey hands down is the best! Kitchen did an amazing job and got our food out quick! Delicious burgers and all orders out in a timely fashion with no mistakes! You guys rock, keep it up! Thank you for helping our team celebrate tonight!!!!
I have been to MANY Snuffer's through the decades and I can honestly say that SNUFFER'S MESQUITE has the BEST customer service, by far!! Our server Amber was the Sweetest!!! Not only that but the whole team seemed to make sure we were taken care of. I wished more restaurants cared the way this location does. I want to give props to the manager Cheryl for doing a fantastic job training her team!! This will be the only location that I will go to from now on!!!
We have been here several times, service and food have always been good but today was not the same. We ordered our food and then noticed people coming in 15-20 minutes after we did we're already eating their food. I saw our waitress and motioned for her to come to our table but by that time a different waitress brought our food out to our table. The burgers and french fries we're cold and hard, the onion rings were limp and soggy from sitting under the heat lamp. The appetizer (half mushrooms and fried pickles) came promptly and were delicious. But for the price of $60.00 we will not go back again.
Great experience really recommend it. The waiter Alyssa was really helpful and kind. Will definitely be coming back here again.
