Website lookup straight up said that on Memorial Day closing at 9 pm so we went. lights on customers in the store and she said we’re closed today said really what time did you close she said 7 I looked down at the time and it was 730 so she did not serve us so I went back out to my car to double check the website and it’s straight upset Memorial Day 9 PM so I went back in and told her and showed her and she said ma’am I’m not about to argue with you I said that’s OK I’ll just call corporate I mean you’re already 30 minutes past closing already serving customers why not serve two more especially if your website says what it said!!!!
Ty who works there always goes above and beyond. My mom is disabled and she will remember what smoothie she gets and walk her to her car, always making sure she gets in safe. Always a great experience! Thank you for being so nice
First experience at a Smoothie King... first we were barely greeted by a rude girl with hair all in her face. "Online orders only". Okay, I've never been to this establishment before.. turned her back from us and continued making orders. Quick Google search showed us how to order. Floors were disgusting, multiple ppl came in after us and were greeted the same. One woman came in from the parking lot with her mid section showing and holes in her pajama bottoms, sat her purse down and immediately starting making orders. That's okay, we didn't need you to wash your hands or anything. Lastly, the MUSIC was so loud and very vulgar language and explicit words.We will not be back. The owner needs to seriously clean this place up.... you don't spend all that money opening a franchise for it to go to trash.
First time coming to this location and it will be the last time....customer service is poor and the girls that work there are VERY rude. On top of all the rudeness they dont even know how to make the shakes correctly.
By far the worst smoothie king I’ve ever been too..I did an online order for pickup at 11:30 paid for it, got there around 11:25 door was locked and a sign on the door that said closed due to weather 2/24, today is 2/25…I live right down the street so I came back on my last break and told them what happened…no apology STRAIGHT ATTITUDE…I told them what kind I ordered…one of them said “ well I don’t even know how to make that” I tried to explain to the other girl that the door was locked, so I went back home she said “I know I locked it” clearly management does not care, because this isn’t the first time they’ve been rude..but it’s the last I won’t be back…
While the smoothies are good I somehow walk in Everytime when something seems to go wrong. Weather it's the system or not having the ingredients this place is never ready for business. Then when their machine swipes your card and makes payment then you pull it out to early you have to reswipe which means they charge you again. This place needs worker's who are trained because they always seem incompetent
So, go into the store for a smoothie about 30 minutes before closing and notice employees mopping the floor...to my surprise I'm told that they are closed because they simply ran out of strawberries and bananas...so if I'm not mistaken there are more than two fruits in nature not to mention available in this store as an option. I had bad service with an attitude the last time I visited...Yep, I'm done with this location, service here is an absolute insult to the other store working hard to provide great service and are simply not worth me wasting my money!

The ladies are very rude.. she asked how can I help you and then walked away.. is it me or are we not in the middle of a pandemic? WHERE ARE THIER MASK? this location should be closed ,I will keep driving to Irving to get my smoothie...
I work customer service , so I know how easy it is to be nice to a customer or at least welcome them , the employees are so rude ! I expect the worst every time I go
