Love getting smoothies here, excellent service excellent employees! Braydon is an amazing manager always welcomes guests into the store and always has a positive energy when I come in! I was going to smoothie king but this will definitely be my place of choice from here on out! Keep up the amazing work!
Who ever owns this place needs to contact me the customer service is horrible and they made me wait a long time even though I was the first one there and paid for my after workout smoothie. Employees very rude and disrespectful no manners of how to talk to their repeat customers. I'm not coming here again. Waste of time and money! Have been coming here for a long time. Not any more. Plus locked the door at 8.40pm.

Omg Why have I not been here before? This is it! I have sworn off all other smoothie places!! This is TRUE royalty! It was hard to choose a flavor because they have such a variety but I LOVE me a delicious blend of Ginger Berry Greens. The customer service was phenomenal and they seemed to really care about my needs. 10/10 going back tomorrow
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI went to the Smoothie Factory in Mesquite on Town east and it was about 10 minutes til 9 before the store was supposed to close , and the hours were lit up in red so the store was still open but the guy who was working last night decided to clean up and close up 10 minutes early so I knocked on the glass and he literally ignored me . Very poor service and rude employees . Shameless indeed ! I'll NEVER go back and give them my business and others should do the same ...
This store has absolutely the best customer service ever!!! The staff always goes out of their way to greet customers by name, and most of the time they remember what you are ordering if you are a previous customer. The store is always clean, and the staff always pleasant even when they are packed. I so much prefer them over Smoothie King. If you want a healthy smoothie, staff who knows their products, and also goes out of their way to make your visit special, then you should absolutely go by and give them a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
This location always closes early. They never allow yon to do online ordering. I call to make sure they are open.. then when I get there, there is no one there. Horrible management. Because I already brought it to their attention.. and it’s happened several times again. Which has forced me to go to Smothoe kjng.
I've been going there years and stopped for awhile when I get start going back for WHEATGRASS they have a problem fixing it fresh.One worker told me had too much on his plate I was the only one in there, another worker RAISED HIS voice told me he made his WHEATGRASS for the day(wish I could of caught him outdide to see if he had that same energy) I'm not sure what's going on but I always thought customers are there to be served. If you want fresh WHEATGRASS go somewhere else not the one in Mesquite Tx

I went there and asked for a shot of wheatgrass they tried to give me the wheat grass that look like it had been there for days and I asked for a fresh shot. They completely stopped trying to make it and ignored my order and didn't say anything else to me so I walked out. This place has horrible service please do not go there.
