Julio here. I would personally like to thank all the customers who come in to enjoy what we have to offer. Those who know me know that I do my best to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Any mistakes made on our part I often try to rectify please be patient as we are human and prone to error. I would like to point out a few things from the restaurant perspective. 1. We are not a fast food place. We have 1 oven and during lunchtime with being shortstaffed along with on line orders it may take longer than expected please ne understanding. You may see only a few people inside and think thats all but we may have 10-15 online orders we are trying to finish up. Also when you want a discount for military or senior citizen or law enforcement please say that before your order is completed. We have to do the order over again to add that and when so many people are waiting it is time consuming, work with us to make it easier for everyone. Lastly, we are not a restaurant so when you leave your trash, leftovers and spilled soda and just walk out you make it harder to serve everyone equally and properly. Because the cook has to leave station to clean up the mess. A mess without a tip is disrespectful. Thank you all.
DONOT EAT THEREManager and cashier donot know what they doing.We order smoked Turkey breastAnd they got me the Turkey originalSandwich with hamI came back he refused to returned it first saying that it’s my fault, then i showed him that on my receipt it said only smoked Turkey,Then he start taking it and finally refunded the money,Will not stop by at that idiot place again.
Sadly I haven't had in quite some time I refuse to pay a $9 delivery fee for a $9 sandwich. Plus pay Uber it was going to cost me$30 for a sandwich. I simply do not understand a $9 charge On Schlotzsky's part Considering even when you eat in they put it in a bag and give it to you.
Julio is the only reason why we keep coming back. Food is great, but the Impeccable Service by that charismatic fellow deserves a 10 plus rating!!!
It was good. Haven't been there in years but still good. We wanted tea to drink but watching the young man fix it and playing with the spoon he was mixing it with put us off that. He twirled it in the air and put it under his arm while he was taking our order. So that kind of turned us off getting tea but the sandwiches were good.

Out of roast beef. Manager hid in the back while relaying some BS about trying to call me to his mentally disabled employee. Very unprofessional on the manager's part. I cancelled my online order at the store and won't be returning.

20 minutes before closing time on a Friday night, they were just as professional and inviting as if it were opening time! Have a nice and clean atmosphere. Very friendly !
You can never decide on what you want when you look at the menu here. But thankfully, that choose 2 option is a saving grace. Gotta try the beefy smokecheesy, or the Albuquerque Turkey.
