What a horrible experience going here was! So we went to celebrate my 41st birthday here at this location. We got there a little early so we had to wait for more of my guest to arrive. Once we have enough people we are then shown to our table. Speed it up some, the waiter and waitress had bad attitudes. One of my guest was asking for a specific drink and instead of letting him tell him about what he wanted the waiter kept interrupting him. Mind you he is not a bartender and he should have asked the bartender about the drink first. The sad apart about him being the waiter was he was training another young lady. How, I don't see it. Like he had an whole attitude with my guest. And kept getting orders wrong and omg let's talk about the food! Everything I ordered came out cold. And it took for ever for them to bring it out. I had to resend back my appetizer and soup. Then I order steak well done with shrimp, my steak came back rare. I sent it back and they bring me back the same steak with black shrimp. At this point I was like just forget, take it back I don't want anything to eat. We had to call for the manager to come when the waiter had an attitude and for the horrible food. Now here's the kicker, my guest is ready to leave. Why is it that every person ticket was screwed up. They charged guest for things they didn't order. Even when they told them they didn't order it and it caused a huge commotion. My brother had to walk over to where they do the receipts in order to get his right. And then my friend used his military discount and they charged him more which he had to make then correct. Over all the was a very bad and unprofessional restaurant with poor customer service skills. From the kitchen all way to the wait staff. Just horrible and I would not recommend anyone to it.
It seems as though every scheduled business lunch at a Saltgrass Steakhouse is a success! Everything was on point. The food was delectable, the atmosphere was lively, the location was perfect with ample parking (across the street from Town East Mall), the prices were very good, the staff was amazing and the service was exceptional! I ordered a center cut top sirloin. Of course it's not the best steak but I got what I paid for. Service is one of the best I've experuenced in other restaurants. They do want you to leave satisfied.The brussel sprout is really good. I would come back just for that. ?
Food is awesome and Management is the best and so very courteous and helpful.
Waiter was nice. Got seated when we walked in. And took my mom's to go order. Lastly have my favorite cake Carrot
What a wonderful meal. This is a nicer steakhouse for sure. The meal started off with out hostess Jocelyn greeting us and made us feel right at home. She kept drinks full and checked on us frequently. The fried onions were thin and crispy, delicious. Our steaks arrived in a very timely manner, mine not quite cooked to my order, but that was rectified quickly and without hesitation. The rest of our order was perfect. It was very busy while we were here, Friday night around 630, but you never would have known it by how smooth everything ran. I'm so glad we chose Salt Grass this evening. You have a new family for life.
I love salt grass but not happy about my kids chicken sliders today. They added some great broccoli on the side and didn’t put pickles. Thanks salt grass. Love their food but today not that. I could’ve bought my son a chicken sandwich from chick fil a with way more chicken than that.
