Jerk chicken was a bit salty, rice and peas were okay, plantainwas good. I enjoyed the beef patties. Overall the food doesn't taste like authentic jamaican food with love that I'm use too.

I was looking for a good Jamaican Food restaurant here in Dallas because I’m new here. I ordered the Curry Chicken and was terribly disappointed, the rice was OLD & HARD like it was leftover from 3 days ago. The Chicken had some kind of “Jelly-like” substance (SEE PHOTO) in it and there wasn’t a curry flavor at all, it just taste like smothered chicken & Jelly.Coming from a state like California where there is authentic Jamaican Food, I can honestly say that this was definitely a disappointment.

Those were the best fried shrimps I have ever tasted. We will come back!

First time eating Jamaican food and I have to admit that the food was amazing and the staff is wonderful as well!! Place is very clean and cozy and the staff make you feel as if you were home. Highly recommended for those that have not tried Jamaican food before and those that have, please don’t miss your opportunity to visit the amazing family at Reggae Wings & Tings.

I had been wanting to try their food again because I had tried there chicken wings a year or so back. I had business in the neighborhood so I decided to try because they have a lunch special for $7.99. I ordered the chicken curry which a customer told me was good. When the cashier told me how much it was it was 1399 plus they charge me for the drink and an appetizer meat pie. It was $24 and I tipped them 15%. The portions were large especially the beans and rice, plenty of chicken, but I did not like the cabbage, it had a sour smell reminded me of something spoiled. I'm sure that's just the way it is made. When I asked about the lunch special price they said it was very small amount and that I wouldn't like it. At that point I agreed go ahead stay with the larger entree. I realized now that I do not like curry chicken and the beans and rice to me are rather Bland. I wish I had gotten the wings or shrimp as I saw other people doing but they had ordered before I even ordered and they were still waiting on their food after I head men serve and finished my meal. The most unbelievable, mind-blowing, occurrence while I was dying there, I asked the owner if I could have some hot sauce to put on my food. She looked me Square in the eye and tell me that I had to buy hot sauce because people used too much of it and it was very expensive. I replied to her that I had to spend 20 something dollars plus tip almost $5 if she was going to deny me a common courtesy of a condiment with my meal? I could not believe that she was basically accusing a paying customer because she had problems with other previous customers of being a thief of hot sauce. This was some really outrageous treatment and a ill-mannered attitude towards a potential future customer. I was not impressed with the food but I certainly was not impressed with the treatment over a $2 bottle of hot sauce from which I only needed few drops. You won't see me or my family ever patronize this establishment again. We only go where we are treated fairly and our business is appreciated.

Second try and second time not pleased.. the wings is not a good ting.. i want try something else but I dont have money to waste no more... wings the first time not up to par ..this time wings were dry.. 2 stars was for the flavor...the plantains i ordered 5 to share with co workers and 2 out of the 5 orders were burnt. I'm good on them I'll just take the drive to Jamaican gates or heros lounge..its more worth my time.drive n money...

Went to another Jamaican restaurant that closed at 3p, so we drove about 30 mins from Addison to get ox tails! It was so worth the drive, BEST JAMAICAN food in the DFW! Also bought a meat pie that's was absolutely delicious!

True Jamaican food and reminds me of home. I had the goat soup(cooked to perfection) and brown stew snapper. The food was extremely good. The only problem was the food took over an hour to make and we drove from 30 mins away. The drive was definitely worth it and I will be going back.SN: the indoor dining is closed, I believe for covid but outside dining was available

We purchased jerk and curry chicken for our group home residents and they were thoroughly pleased and delighted with the quality and freshness of the orders. The portion was outstanding and enough for leftovers. This was our residents first experience was Caribbean food and they've requested to have it more frequently. The satisfaction the food provided an indescribable smile and reactions from our Residents.Definitely recommend repeated trips!

The food was so good. Even my daughter who is a very picky eater was raving about how great the Mac n cheese she had was. My husband had the Ackee and I had fried shrimp, jerk shrimp and we al shared jerk fries. We will definitely be back.
