Waited half an hour for pickup order, meanwhile I followed instructions on the carryout signs and called inside to let them know I was waiting for curbside pickup, had to call again in half an hour to find out they didn't have part of my order and wanted to know what I wanted instead. They were not slammed and I can see why. Poor attention to customer detail and service. 0 stars. Order at your own risk.
Let's just say I wasn't very pleased Sat. The hostess had no customer service skills whatsoever and was a little rude which set the tone. Our waitress was very polite but slow as molasses(our maybe it was the kitchen), needless to say we ending up taking our food home. It took so long to get food to the table for the unlimited shrimp to where frustration set in because he was hungry. Then there was no social distancing and they sat a table of 3 right next to us that stared the whole dam time and coughed! I will not be back. Overall the food/drinks were ok but nothing to rave about. Lobster pizza, $15.99 trio- blackened salmon which wasn't. Forgot the name of the drink(made with rums)
When we arrived they only had four waitresses. At first when we arrived the hostess was scattered brain and gave us looks at first. She quickly noticed that I wasn't a no-nonsense person. It seems her whole body disposition changed. She seated us in the back with the rest of the parties. we asked her what her name was and she told us her name was Lisa. Our waitress came and asked us what we wanted to drink. We had calamari for an appetizer. To make it short and sweet we had the sampler platter with a baked potato and coleslaw. At first they bring you those delicious biscuits. We had about six biscuits between us before we started eating. We really couldn't even finish the main course. The waitress had to bring us to go boxes and containers. The food was very delicious. The temperature was really hot. Just like I like it. It had a very cozy atmosphere and ambience for a lunch special. We spent right under $55 included 18% gratuity for a party of 2 people. It was a very short but sweet outing. We ended up taking our meal to go. This restaurant is in Mesquite ,Texas. Please stop by and check it out. Handicap and kid friendly.
First time back in years and it was delicious.Our waiter was really attentive great atmosphere.
Always loved this place. The waitress' name was Gabby and she was amazing. Food was delicious, service amazing. One problem- they have done away with the male glaze for salmon. Not having this option will always hurt my evaluation here. Was delicious. Needs to make a comeback!
Sat in booth of Bar area. The customer service was great! I took my leftovers and half my dessert home and ate it later the same night. It was some type of nasty foreign object in my cheesecake that I spit out immediately. It was rubbery and not smooth like the Cheesecake. Threw the rest away in the trash.
Today is my Birthday. And today I turn 52. Remembering when I was younger red lobster was my place to go. Before I started cooking myself. Lol. Today is a food day why. Jensen. The gentleman our Server was awesome. Not because he served us well. No. Which he did. But he didn't see $ with me or my party. Jensen was the ALL TIME SERVER BECAUSE . HERE it is 3:08 pm and we been here since 1:20 and he has worked the dining Area by himself there is no help here.we wanted to sit 15 and no one wasat the desk. But. Jensen worked it ALL AND STILL DOING IT AS IM WRITING THIS. PEOPLE ARE COMING IN AND HE IS WORKING IT WITH A SMILE . EVEN SPOKE ABOUT GAME PLAYING BECAUSE I WAS PLAYING ZELDA WAITING FOR MY FOOD.JENSEN NEEDS HIS OWN RESTAURANT AND SHOW

The last time we had Red Lobster was pre-COVID, so it’s been A.WHILE. Service was quick, we were assigned a booth in less than 5 minutes. Our server was courteous and did not forget the lemons! Haha! (Hubby’s pet peeve everywhere we eat that always says they are out of lemons)From the appetizer menu down to the entrees, we couldn’t wait to dig in. The famous Cheddar Biscuits made their way to our table and of course we inhaled it. Then we ordered Calamari, Lobster Langostino Pizza, and the Chips & Lobster Dip for starters. Dang, it was so goooood!We had to leave room for the entrees, as we each ordered a 12oz Sirloin, Shrimp Scampi, Lobster Tail and Grilled Shrimp skewers. The sides were also very flavorful, especially the yummy Crispy Brussels Sprouts.We did not get to finish our food, but we knew we would eventually, after waking up from the food coma we were about to go through.A definite 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ meal that satisfied our seafood craving.BTW, they have contactless payment gadgets on the table if you prefer to do that.
