I called today to order some go calling on the phone who ever answered the phone was very rude I was asking if they had a dessert she says she doesn't know what was that I specifically discreved something sweet and she told told I was being disrespectful to her how ? How ? I keep calling over and over and she lereraly keep hanging up the phone which is not exceptional to me this behavior is not acceptable at all I was not feeling good and wanted some soups but this girl is not accepting my order I have been coming her for awhile never again would I ever come the girl that doesn't speak English she say but took my first order no way stay away from those place.
Service was terrible when we got there no one said anything the lady that brought our menus and said nothing. Then the lady came took our order for our drinks when she brought our drinks back she asked if we were ready we said no give us a minute. We sat there for 20 minutes while the 3 waitress sat at the bar and talked and flirted with the guys that were there. We ended up leaving and never ordered any food.
We arrived about 40 mins before they closed to pick up a to go order. They forgot one order of tacos and the young lady at the front was very peeved about them having to make them. To make matters worse when we started trying to eat the tacos at home(5 mins away), the meat was cold and barely cooked. Like they were mad and in a hurry so they decided to just let the meat touch the grill for a few seconds, then served it to us.The tacos at the meat market across the street are the REAL deal. Never coming back here again.
I had a horrible experience this was my first time coming here with my husband We walk in they just stare, waitress was more into my husband than getting the orders correctly, Got our food both orders were wrong, the rice was so bad that it was hard. Also small portions on the beans and rice food has no flavor, highly priced as well never coming back !!
Music is way too loud. Smells like they mopped the entire place with a dirty mop. It smelt like straight mildew. Tables were dirty. Floors were filthy.
I wish I could upload a picture. Worst place to order tacos, barely any meat and wish I could upload the pic. My sister ordered Caldo, had 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of corn. My husband ordered fajita nachos, they're made with store bought cheap tortilla chips. The appetizer, Choriqueso was the only thing that is worth the money. Go anywhere else you can!
They automatically charge you for the tip!!!!Food was okay. I dislike when servers charge automatic gratuity. I understand if there’s a party of 6 or more, but it was just two people. The server literally cut the receipt to hide the fact that she charged me gratuity and stood over me as I signed the paper. I didn’t even feel comfortable reviewing the check while I was there. On top of that I had left 20% tip just to find out I was already charged 15%. Be sure to check your receipts to make sure everything aligns and your receipt isn’t torn!!! I won’t be returning.
The tacos was very very good. The service was very sweet.
I least my experience was great! We went a party of 18 and the lady was very attentive with all of us, food was good for what i saw, we get more than we order. Thanks a lot! Also my daughters had fun cuz the lady offer em colors and paper to draw. May God Bless you.
