Deliver part of order that was not delivered. Was told at the store they could not delivered the undelivered food in my order. Not acceptable when you have a family to feed.Gave them another try on March 30. Got a pizza with completely wrong toppings. Tried to call the store and was hung up on twice. Next time going to a different location. This location is going down hill.
Massud is a wonderful person. I was upset when I came in there for a order that was outrageous, but he took care of it. And that is what i am talking about 100% customer service.
Went here because the one in our area Rowlett location was closed all ready. So I drove over here, the pizza was hot and was really good. The only thing that was crazy is they were out of bacon, but with all the shortages I understand. Customer service was good.
This place charged me then completely lost my order! Got a text my order was out for delivery, but 40 mins after still bad nothing. My entire property is set up cameras, mind you. I called the store, had hell getting through. When I did get someone, I was transferred back and forth, left on hold. I understand you’re busy but say that. Then discredit me saying your delivery driver dropped off order? When? Once again I offered to share my camera footage and they said no. I hope I i get my refund, I don’t trust this store. I ordered from papa johns, was here in 20 mins!!
The last 2 times I ordered a thin and crispy it was thin and limp-y. I love a crispy crust and I have been very disappointed
Ordered a pizza stuff crust pizza at 10 pm for delivery and told my self im gunna leave a good tip since its cold. Paid 30$ for the most disgusting pizza ive ever had its like they did it on purpose it smelled like old grease and the crust tasted old. I always order from there soo it made no sense. Long story short it ruined my pizza hut cravings and might never order pizza hut again.
The Pizza was ready when I went through the drive thru enjoyed by all for the evening meal. Good Job Pizza hut employees.
I ordered a pizza from here, NEVER got delivered. They did indeed remember to charge my card though. I waited for 2 hours and when I called back they had me on a wild goose chase, but NO LUCK. They’re not ready to work, and most likely do not need this job. I had to feed my family of 7 somehow. Pizza Hut was not cutting it. WILL NEVER BE ORDERING HERE. I will find it that the employees working that night get fired.
My order arrived in a timely manner. The pizza was hot and exactly the way I ordered it.
My family and I love getting carry out pizza here, their bread sticks are excellent as well.
