Our pizza took over an hour and the toppings were stuck to the top of the boxes. The boxes were damp from the moisture of being in the bag for so long! I called the store 3 times because it said our food was out for delivery for more than 40 minutes. Our food was cold and I was charged twice! I bank with a really good bank that caught the double charge!!
This location is overwhelming caring and respectful! From the delivery crew to the cooks I've come into the store and they are so polite and serve you like a family member really make you feel great! I will forever love this place!!
I ordered my pizza at 11:10am and it arrived at 1:40pm. I kept calling the store more than 10times for the status and they kept hanging up. Then I asked for a refund and they kept transferring me to the store which was clearly not working. No one was able to assist. I am not one to leave a bad review but this was completely unacceptable. I understand a I’m not the only customer but a delivery over 2hours is ridiculous when they said it was going to be 45mins to an hour.
I wish i could give 0 stars. This store is never on time woth deliveries, always out of stock of something, and NEVER answers the phone. I placed an order online, and unfortunately, the app doesnt tell you delivery time until the order is placed. Well my delivery time was 2 hours, so I wanted to cancel but cant get a hold of the store AT ALL. The phone just rings and hands up. This store needs to be closed.
Really not understanding the bad reviews, ordered from this place quite a few times now, been very good for the most part. They're out of a few certain toppings lately, sometimes it's bland compared to other times, also have had to wait a while for a pizza once or twice. IMO it's certainly not worth the low score, for the most part I have found the pizza good.
Place my order over the phone at 11:15am person stated will be 25 minutes! 25 minutes came still no pizza! I called over and over and over no one answered the phone! I finally went to the store at 12:00 pm! Spoke to a manager she was rude She stated my order was still there and the driver had just made it back from picking up supplies! I asked for a refund she stated the store manager had to leave for a family emergency and I will have to call back another day for the refund! I asked her why they did not call and inform me that there was no driver? She stated she just made it to work! This location do not care about their customers! Customer service sucks! They were not busy they just chose not to answer the phone!!!! I called corporate and guess what they do not answer the phone neither so I see this is a company’s policy do not answer the phone!
They don’t deserve 1 starts. This is the worst ever. The least they can do is answer the phone and say sorry we are short staffed. I ordered a pizza on the 26 and it took 5 1/2 to get to me. It was almost midnight. I tried to call and cancel but no one ever answered. They worst part is my refund was never issued. I barely was ably to speak to someone today and now I have to wait longer.
Terrible service!!! Not only did the pizza come 40 minutes late, it also came wrong!!! Sad part is we live only .2 miles away!!! When trying to speak to customer service they would put on hold then a few moments later hang up, this happened 4 times !! This was ridiculous, will not be ordering from here again!!!
I ordered a dinner box & I didn't receive my marinara sauce or icing for my cinnamon sticks. I've been waiting on them to come back & deliver my sauces like they said they would but I called up there for every hour until closing & they kept saying somebody will bring it. Nobody brought it & it was pass closing. I got my order at 7pm when I ordered it at 5:30pm. And the pizza I ordered sucked as well. Had more marinara than cheese & the cheese was just sprinkled in just a little. So far, this location will not be seeing me again.
Well I was called and asked if I would like to change to carry out instead of delivery because they were to busy. I said said OK because I understand being short staffed. It took 15mins for an employee to come to the counter after I arrived. When I did receive my pizza one was burnt.
