I ordered online, they called, said they were out of the potatoes, they offered to delete them off and continue with my order. I get there and the only thing they have is an order of breadsticks, they had deleted the box meal we had ordered. I then had to wait an extra 15 minutes while they fixed it and my other food in the car got cold. When I went to get it after waiting, I was ushered out the door without a kiss my foot or anything. We got home and discovered that instead of the extra sauce on the pizza wasn’t there in fact there was barely any on it period, and the sauce for the breadsticks was only half full. There was a lady when I got there who had to wait and they gave her a 2 liter and a 20 oz drinks for free, I had to wait and all I got was excuses and rudeness. When I asked for a number to make a complaint, the manager (Weston) told me “ it’s not our fault, it’s not our fault “. Well I wasn’t the one who deleted the order he did. I would not recommend or EVER go back to this location again. I live over by seagoville and if I had know this was what I was in for . I would have went to the one in seagoville or in Balch springs. I have reported them to corporate as well.

So I would like to have a correct order in a timely manner next time. Normally the service and accuracy are much better. I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years, and will continue to be a customer. I just hope for better next time. For the record, they did replace the order right away.
Great service with curbside pick up. We love this Pizza Hut location as they are always accurate on our order. Great tasting pizza and always very fresh.

Went to order me and pizza and waiting in the lobby for more than 10 mins nobody ever came or greeting me I walked out disappointed I will never spend my money at this location!

I placed an order online trying to use my birthday coupon but there was NOT a place to enter the code. I got charged for the item and had to call and cancel the order. I hope I get credit for the charge. I then ordered from another location and got the breadsticks with the birthday coupon through the email. My suggestion is that you put the coupon code line back in the website.
The pizzas have been awful the last 3 times we have ordered. This last time it was just dried out sauce and a few pepperonis then I received a call stating they were out of beef and Italian sausage, green peppers and my order was super supreme pizzas. I just so over Pizza Hut. I spend $30 plus every time I place an order.
The last 3 times at this place I have called my order in and gotten there. And I have had to wait 20mins longer than my time for pickup.I thought I would give this place another chance. This time my pizza was ready but when I got home it was not right. This place at one time was a very good place it has went down hill.
Waited a long time, hour and a half, for delivery and pizza was cold when arrived. Tasted like frozen pizza I could have purchased half the price at a grocery store.
