Delivered my food cold. Once I finally got someone on the phone the next day. Which was Brandy who said she was a manager, she had to look up my order. After I gave her my name and number. Still playing crazy like she can’t find my order. Told me she would call me back. Which she never did. A total of $40.85 what a waste. Very disappointed and will no longer spend money with Pizza Hut. Hire new management because those ladies are incompetent.
Bought the big box last night. The entire pizzas was burnt along with the cheese bread. Spoke to a few managers referred me Jake, said they do no refunds only store credits. Than he said he was not giving me anything. Make a complaint over the phone, They will give me a coupon. I should him a picture. He said they burn all The top of the pizza. That is the way they are cook them. Rude person in charge. Poor service I spent $39.55 this is a lot when you cannot eat it. It had been 10 years since I ordered from them. This will be the last time.
Who ever the manager for this location is need to be fired. Its memorial weekend and he left his store with only 3 people and refused to come help when called. Also corporate needs to fix their b.s. that was the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. But i will say the three people that were there was awesome even with being dealt a bad hand tonight they still rocked it as best they could.
We always order from this location and usually don’t have a problem. I placed my order online and was paying with cash so I chose that option in the app. I get to the Pizza Hut and they tell us they don’t start the order until we pay since it was late and it was such a big order. So we decide to place the order with them and we want to pay with a $100 bill, but they don’t have change. I’m not annoyed by the employees. I am annoyed by the fact that this Pizza Hut stays open on a Saturday night with TWO employees making the pizzas. Pizza Hut doesn’t provide the employees with the resources they need to function properly. Hire more people and do better, Pizza Hut. Shame on you.
I got the wrong pizza they didnt put the toppings on my pizza then ask them for a credit and the working hung up in my face! Wait time was extremely long
I always order my pizza from this location and they never disappoint me. Quality of pizza was very tasty. Thank you for a great experience.

I always ask, and pay for, extra cheese, but I rarely get it. It makes a big difference in how my pizza taste. I would like to get what I pay for next time.
Hi, I just ordered pizza for delivery. I was so excited and once eating the pizza it tastes funny and smells to the pint could not even eat the food. Paid over $30 for the food for dinner. I tried to call the local store for over an hour and all it does is keeps hanging up. I’m so disappointed
