We went to Peppers after finding Donna's closed for good. Service was eh, food was plentiful but okay. We will go again because we prefer to eat before grocery shopping. I really don't feel right about reviewing this place after just one visit. I will update my review once we have tried it again. I will say there were repeat customers in there.

So the wife and I ordered 2 dozen tamales, sides, etc, and they did NOT disappoint!Tamales have the perfect ratio of meat/massa and the chili con carne was amazing! Rice has a little bit of a kick, and the beans are the perfect consistency!We'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Stopped for lunch for the first time last week and really liked it. I ordered the chili con queso and the enchiladas Verdes. The enchiladas Verdes were delicious. The tomatillo sauce was spicier than I was expecting but it was so good. My only complaint, and it's really not a complaint, was with the chili con queso. I ordered it thinking it would a traditional Tex Mex queso dip but it was exactly as written - brown chili with cheese sauce. It was really good though, so not really a complaint, just wasn't expecting it. My sister had the chicken taco salad and our friend had the Mexican enchiladas. Both finished their plates, so must have been good as well.
Affordable, great tasting, and close to home. Love the tamales breakfast! It's always my go to meal. Have to come here at least 3x a month! Lol
Been going here for over 15 years I wanna say if not longer, if they had homemade flower tortillas it would be a more visited place but that's my only opinion growing up on authentic Mexican food, far as food it's great, barbacoa, fajitas, and tortillas are delicious, wife's favorite are fajita nachos... clean fast, friendly service ?
Had the Pork Chops and Eggs (the Martha Plate), Generous Portions of Hash Browns and Refried Beans.Everything was cooked perfectly ?..Had a hard time choosing from the menu because there are a variety of plates to choose from.I didn't get his name but the young man who waited on us was very kind and attentive to our needs..Definitely will be back soon ? !!
Every time my family goes we have a great time. Service is excellent, and the food has not let us down.
It is hard to find chimichangs. The have great ones lots of meat. Best rice around and wonderful refried beans. A little pricey
