We ordered from papa johns on Trip Road location in Mesquite, TX the order took twice as long as they said and one pizza was not even what we ordered, the store mgr said nothing he could do about it. I called their corporate complaint # they said our next order identical to that one would be free...so a couple of weeks later we tried again, and yet again 1 pizza was correct, one wasn't even close to what we ordered and they sent some sort of sandwich we didnt order...the store mgr said "its free what do you care what you get" so never again papa johns.
Worst customer service ever.Went to pick up pizza and it was cold. Went to check to pizza and had big spots missing of no cheese and no meat. Both pizzas were over sauced. Tried to talk to the cashier and he said that was normal. Then tried to talk to the manager, and he “was too busy” to come out.
Not only were my pizzas cold, one of them was burned. What type of service is this? This is unacceptable. When I placed my order it said arriving in 28 minutes got it over an hour late.
Ordered delivery everything that arrived was cold and oddly chewy. Best thing was the Pepsi and I’m not really a fan or that. Attaching a pic of the amount of pizza going in the garbage the only reason 2 slices and some crust are missing is because I haven’t ate all day. If that wasn’t the case it would have gone in the waste bin after the first bite. ?
I will not patronize this establishment anymore. The manager Shane is very unprofessional and clearly doesn't take his job seriously. Thanks Papa John but no thanks.
I love Papa Johns pizza, but this location has messed up my order twice already. Wrong crust and pizza was Burnt
The pizza has been Gummi lately not fully cooked. ?fast food has been trash since covid
Good and hot. Waited in car after walking in to order. Took about 15-20 min which went by fast. Made to order perfectly.

Papa John’s used to be my favorite big chain pizza place. The restaurant has seen a major decline in consistency and quality across locations. The crust is like cardboard. The pizza is a bubbly mess. The toppings are so-so. The pizza I picked up today looked like it was made a few days ago and reheated. They can drop the “better ingredients, better pizza” slogan now. I have been a customer for a long time in the hope they would improve but it hasn’t happened. This is the last time I will order from papa John’s.
