Ordered a couple of time and the driver forgot the drinks (but they didn’t forget to charge for them). Didn’t even offer to bring the drinks out even though I tipped the driver $7. Just “all we can do is give them to you free when you order again.” 1) free implies I didn’t pay for them 2) I ain’t EVER ordering from this place again 3) the pizza was absolutely HORRIBLE….I’ve had store bought pizzas that tasted better
The pizza itself is good, the delivery time is good but the worker whom takes your order by the name of Ashley at the mesquite location off of belt line road is very rude. She actually slammed the phone in my face because I politely asked to speak to the manager. She lacks customer service skills and makes the restaurant look bad because of this.
These guys are great. The papadilla is so good. They are always really nice. It's very busy on weekends but definitely worth the wait.
I ordered for me and someone else the papadias but found out when they open their box after getting home they had mix them up and had put the wrong ones in the boxes so very disappointing for your first order
I love Papa John’s pizza but was completely disappointed when we received our order today. We ordered 2 pizzas and both were made with 2+ inches of plain crust around the perimeter. Our large “pepperoni” pizza had about 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. We have been ordering from this location for years. Very disappointed. I tried calling the location to make the manager aware of the poor quality but once the phone was answered was immediately put on hold. Gave up after waiting several minutes. I hope this location can get it together before they loose all of their business.
Pizza was very good! The staff was kind and helpful as well.
Ordered a supreme pizza it literally had a pound of onion in it. We tried to pick out as much as we could but ended up throwing it away. Very Disappointing
Paid for extra meat and barely got any meat at all. I ordered half chicken half Philly steak with Alfredo sauce and onions. Also a sausage pizza. This is 1st time I have not been satisfied. The staff tonight needs training

I called this morning to order a thin crust Garden veggie pizza. The young lady said it would be 27 -37 min which was fine. At 1258 I called to see where order was at, spoke with manager and he said its on its way.***The driver shows up finally and I was at door, got the pizza and went straight to kitchen, opened lid, grabbed a piece took a bite...IT WAS COLD%#!?... So I turned oven to warm it up. I know I could gave nooked it but it's not the same as a fresh pizza from oven.I never ordered from "this"PaPa John's loc ation before but willing to try 1 more time... $$Then if need be go back to their competition.I order pizza a lot $$$$
