I ordered to go this evening and my salad had all of the bad parts of the lettuce in it, was mostly yellow and there was nearly no chicken in it. My expectations are normally pretty low for fast food, but with the steep prices these days, I expect some quality. $12 for a sub-par salad is preposterous.
Servings on the warm salad bow have gotten smaller by half the size they used to be for the same price. Substituted wrong ingredient for Tzatzikii sauce. Feta is far from it.
The store manager is the worst and so are the staff!!!! If I could I would give negative stars I ordered a delivery order through the app today was supposed to arrive at 7:26pm did not arrive until 8:26 pm the order was an hour late I tried to call the store 3 times no one answered. I am infuruated I love the food so much but I hate this location!!! They severely lack accuracy!!! As well on my delivery order all my items were cold an hour old what a shocker ewww!!!

It was my 1st time going. Ordered sausage and pepperoni Flatbread pizza and salad with chicken, pecans, apple crisps, spinach blend. The pizza was larger than I expected so took the salad home for later. Clean inside. Busy drive thru.
That is it. If I could give a zero i would. Didn't make it home with my soup. This is the 4th time I order a grill cheese and tomato soup. Have the sandwich but NO SOUP! I EVEN ASKED, ARE YOU SURE EVERY THING IS IN HERE? YES SHE RESPONDED!THIS IS RIDICULOUS! PAY FOR FOOD THAT I DON'T EVEN GET!!!! I left the original post below but this will be the last I ever go there. It's not cheap either so to NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR IS NOT RIGHT EITHER!!!I love this place, but here lately really disappointed! This is the 3rd time I go in and order to go. But I am not making it home with everything I order. Missing items. The bad part is when I go, it's not busy. It's not cool. I pay for everything, I want to get home with everything! This evening I ordered a bread bowl with chicken and rice soup and a sandwich. Was missing the bread bowl..smh. Please slow down and make sure everything ordered gets in the bag. Nothing sucks more than items missing that you paid for and can't enjoy! Slow down! Double check! Please.
This evening I placed an order to be delivered to me at my residence through the Panera app. The order was delivered by a third party.Upon opening the package, I found it's not as I ordered. I do not drive unless it's an emergency due to a medical condition so going to the store is out of the question.I called Panera and spoke to the manager, Esmeralda. She was not only very professional, courteous, had patience and listened to my complaint, but she also asked ME WHAT I FELT THE BEST RESOLUTION WAS TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION. I was extremely impressed. If I have a problem, I normally have a solution to resolve the problem. The question would be, is my solution an acceptable resolution to the problem? In giving my resolution to Esmeralda, she accepted and went above and beyond that to make the resolution even more in my favor.This CUSTOMER SERVICE is well received by me because it is what I had always strived for when I worked in the public. I believe it validates the customer and their complaint as well as holds them accountable to their satisfaction in the situation. Most importantly, it gives them respect and and shows them their voice matters with importance and you heard them.Given that their suggestion is acceptable, you have earned the HIGHEST RESPECT FOR SUPERIOR SERVICE. WELL DONE ESMERALDA, A WONDERFUL MANAGER AT THE PANERA IN MESQUITE, TEXAS.
The Panera bread in Mesquite,TX has poor customer service and does not uphold their standards of accuracy matters. I placed a mobile order for the frontega chicken I got add bacon. These pictures show the bacon I got. It was undercooked. I have never had this issue, and that’s why I called to the store to ask them to remake my sandwich. That’s when the manager Eddie tells me that Panera bread’s standards of cooking bacon isn’t mine and that it can’t be burnt. First of all, I never asked for it to be burnt, but I did except it to be cooked. He tells me that I have to bring the sandwich back to the store to get a refund. I said I live 35 minutes away from that store. I was getting off work and placed a mobile order to pick and come home. I will never order form this location again. It doesn’t matter the standards of any restaurant uncooked bacon is unsafe on all levels. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
I had two orders and they both were ready to go on time. The chicken and rice soup was very good. ?The vegetable soup tasted good but it look like it was the scrapes from the bottom of the pot that was left over. ?Both sandwiches had costumed request. Both sandwich were wasted. ?Half of our lunch in the trash. Why should we check multi orders before you leave the restaurant ... It's still COVID?
Delicious fresh food!Customer service from ELOY was awesome! He took his time to explain the new seasonal items to us. The Fuji apple salad is so fresh and refreshing! Flatbread pizza is good as always and the chicken noodle soup in the bread bowl was the perry touch!
