Me and my kids love Panda Express however the portion sizes given when you pay the extra $1.25 for the wok shrimp or any other premium dish is not up to par! As a consumer paying for my meal is not the problem but getting less for my dollars is they make the experience distasteful and they don’t care when you bring it to their attention i literally had a gentlemen count me out 5 lil pieces of shrimp with a bowl of rice how does that suffice or even supposed to compliment my rice horrible man just horrible
Food wasn't great at all. Really bland and boring. Definitely recommend going to a small, family owned Chinese/asian place instead.
2 ladies are very DISRESPECTFUL. Caught an ATTITUDE for NO GIVEN REASON. then tried to ARGUE while I was speaking with the MANAGER. This should not be ACCEPTABLE AT ALL . TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED
Didn’t wanna serve my food cause I speak a different language disgusting customer service let me walk outside without having my lunch very bad customer service from the tall guy that work at the Entress
Food was good. Although, the food might sometimes feels mildly warm, it's pretty warm most of the time, that's one thing they gotta work on, but it still tastes great. They do serve a good amount of everything onto your plate. One thing you definitely should do is make it clear on what you want and make sure they got it and give it to you, like sauces or extras. The workers sometimes don't pay attention on what they're serving or what they need to serve. One more thing. I would definitely not recommend ordering online. They will definitely forget something.
Food is excellent, dining was nice and clean.
It's always pretty mediocre food from here. They have a good portion size but usually forget something small every time I order. Especially the teriyaki sauce. I don't even bother to order it for delivery because they forget it every time. Without the sauce it's just plain chicken. Broccoli beef should just be called blanched Broccoli because it is always so hard it's almost raw and has barely any meat. The rice is fine and the honey chicken and sesame chicken are good. I keep going back but I'm still usually disappointed about some of the food.
I hate that they don't have as many options as they used to and this location is often times out of the best choices.
The young woman who took my order was like a robot. She didn't respond when I said hello, how are you? She was impatient when I asked her about the steak entree option & when I decided to try it it had about 3 little steak bits in the portion she served me. The next person down the line was the same. No personality, just give me your order & move along, you're bothering me by your mere presence. Such a bizarre way to be treated. The egg rolls & spring rolls were soggy & bland.I can also understand supply chain outages given the current circumstances so I'm not taking off any stars for them being out of the main item I went in for which was the Chicken Teriyaki but I was kind of disappointed in the food this time. The location by Winco on 635 was a much better experience as far as customer service & the taste of my meal.
Line service fast. Great veggies.
