This place is a childhood memory. Comfort food! The only thing that I missed in our recent visit was the flag! Getting to raise the flag was always a fun thing. But also a good way to communicate to your waitress that you needed something. We did have an awesome waitress for our large crowd. She took good care of us. And the food hit the spot. Especially the sopaipillas!
Always great customer service. But some of the food isn't always up to temp wish it was the way it was back in the day.. Still enjoyed the food that was prepared properly delicious. BTW prices have went up everywhere. It used to be 7$ now it's $9.99 then tax and if you order. Drink it's well over 13$ a person then the tip so just make sure your food is actually hot ?.
After visiting my mother in the hospital my brother, sister, grandmother and my boyfriend all came here and we all enjoyed ourselves. My boyfriend had never been here as we do not have on were we live. The last time I went out to dinner with my family was when I was a little girl. It brought back memory's we used to go to Pancho's all the time. I absolutely loved it.

I had not been here in 25 years. The food was average. Ice cream machine was not working. The meat is average. No real Mexican salsa. The waitress was EXCELLENT! The server was... Not a happy person.I won't come back to eat here. Next time I'll order 40 flautas. The flautas are delicious.
This reminded me of home cooked Mexican food, not bad, nice variety but not so impressed, Chips and salsa came with the meal. Wait staff was very nice and attentive.
Not gonna lie if you can get past the sewer smell when you walk in the foods pretty legit. It's one of the last standing in our area. Sadly you don't get a flag anymore you get a waitress that hovers over you. Still a decent experience though!
Went here with my mom a few weeks ago. The food was great just like it was when I was a kid. I remember getting a pinata for my birthday back then. This brings me back so many good memories at this place.
The food was good. They have decent selection. They serve your basic Mexican dishes. When we went inside, we pretty much went to the buffet line. We grabbed a tray and pin pointed the food we wanted. There's a lady behind the food counter who dished out the food we wanted. (There's a separate counter for the salsa bar, the sopapilla and the dessert). The servers were friendly and helpful. We dined in at around 3 pm and we were told the servers still take orders from your table until 4 pm (once you lined up one time, there will be servers who will go back to the line and get the food you would like to have for your seconds or third or however much you wanna go back for the food you like ?).
I used to come here as a kid and loved it. Went back tonight and the food was awful. Bathrooms were disgusting as well
