Olive Garden was over the top last night as we came in with a family of 10 to celebrate my niece 12th birthday. We walked in to Easter decorations everywhere and even an Easter photo drop! Who ever serves that purpose of a good place to eat be happy and be treated right you have blown me away with your efforts to your customers. I hope this message finds you and you continue to do a great job with this place.
Was an overall wonderful experience. The long islands iced teas we had weren’t very strong or tasty and the wait times were a little long. The food was tasty and just the right proportions. I’ll definitely give them another try.
Family fun and discussions of new projects in a wonderful in environment with my brother. Freddy our waiter was the absolute greatest! Always pleased with the service & food at Olive Garden.
Delicious food, a little expensive but excellent service.
The wait to be seated was minimal. Service was fine. Biggest problem was the food. Quality seem slightly lacking, portions were smaller and prices are higher than ever. Would not bother except I had a gift certificate.
My boyfriend and I were at Olive Garden in Mesquite on Fri, Mar 4th, and we were not pleased with the service. He placed an order for an appetizer and the couple that got here after us received theirs but we never got it. Then he received his order and I didn't get mine for another 20 minutes or so. When I did get my order, I got part of it. When the broccoli came out it was hard because it was rushed. I did not like the fact that the manager never came out to apologize and didn't even try to make concessions. If he/she had just come out and apologized we would have accepted that. The waitress that took the other's tables was great. However, she kept making excuses for him.. I still say that Chick-fil-a can teach these restaurants about custome service.
We went for our daughter's birthday dinner per her request. It's been several years since I've been here. My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meat balls with sausage. The rest of us got, The Tour of Italy. We had to take half of our entrees home because we were so full from the salad, breadsticks & large portions of our entrees. We took advantage of the $5.00 take home entrees as well. Our mozzarella sticks appetizer was delicious as well. We all had a very nice dinner experience.
Our waitress was great!!!! ? 5 star customer service from all working... ...Tour of Italy. Not as good as it use to be. The pasta was kind of dry, the lasagna was great tho! ? The chicken parm was okay. My family and I had an overall great time there.
The food was excellent! Very tasty. We ordered the Tour of Italy which was three main dishes along with our salad.
Olive Garden is my favorite. My server was awesome. Food was hot and delicious. The wait time was minimal and food arrived promptly.
