The line was so long it went around the building, which makes sense because the guy taking your order can't hear you the first 3 times you tell him. But eventually when they got the order correct on the screen I pulled around to the window and they forgot THE MAIN PART OF THE MEAL. They stuff the bag with napkins to make you think it's all in there but once you get it home you realize that all you got was a hash brown and nothing else!!!I genuinely don't understand why so many people go here when there are so many other better options in the same price range on that street...0/10 never going back again
They are usually good when I order there. There was a problem with an order that we had. We had ordered 2 fries and it was listed on the screen but when it was being paid for, it wasn't listed and by that time, we were already getting the food. We asked the person if we can add it on there and they said sure but they didn't charge us anything and gave us a medium fry. Most of the time, these people also get our orders right the first time or fix it quickly. Good customer service. There's really no downside for right now.
Bad customer service drive thru
The manager working the night of February 15th was oblivious and without proper training to handle their system. Even after it was explained to her that she was talking to us about a cancelled order that did not belong to us she insisted that we wait for a refund that has still not been received. Thank goodness the bank listened and has assisted in a refund. This place needs better equipped personell to handle everything from employees to the point of sale. This is not the first time we have dealt with incompetence at this location. If anyone cares or is paying attention, HELP! We are true fans of the arches and want better service.
Service has a lot to desire, slow orders tempt to not wanting to come back to this location-company. Manager needs to put more attention to order wait times. Need to be a fast food service not the freaking DMV office. So frustrated.
Rude and didn’t get my order right. The manager didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I asked for 2 cheeseburgers no onions and they only ordered me one with onions??♀️Never going back.
McDonalds is McDonalds. This one was fairly crowded when we arrived, but we received our order quickly and it was delicious!
McDonald's is always a win win with my kids! Best fries and nuggets ever!!! Also, with the app you get daily deals wish is awesome. Workers are always friendly and have our order ready in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, their debit card machines were down, so they were only taking cash. Luckily, we had some cash handy. Very long line. Rude Cashier. Long wait for the order to be fulfilled. Then, they missed 1 item ordered. Not coming back.
I pulled up at 12:10am into the drive thru line as hours of operation indicate a closing time of 1am. There was a line of cars building up but were not served or given an explanation at the ordering window on why it was already closed. If you are closing earlier than 1am, please have your managment/Owner change the hours of operation and turn off all the light including the drive thru lights.Instead of wasting people's time at the drive thru, once they saw more and more cars get in line they decided to turn off all the lights.
