This is the ONLY McDonald's I've ever been to that is so SLOW! They have no urgency in speed of service and getting the drive through moving in a timely matter. Every single time I go, I'm literally waiting in the drive through line about 35 to 40 mins literally. They have teens working that are in the back laughing and playing and on their phone, which is why I believe takes them so long to get the drive through going quick enough. One day I tried going inside thinking that it would be quicker than drive through and I was wrong, took even longer! Everyone In the back seemed so out of order, there was absolutely no order in place to provide quick and good service. Will never go back!
Very busy McDonald’s as there isn’t any other place on this exit worth eating. Food is always fresh and delicious.However they have a hard time finding an online order on their app when you go pick it up. It’s a hit or miss with the service. Sometimes they are great, and sometimes act like they don’t know what they are doing.
Placed an order through the app, went to pick up my order curbside. They forgot one of my orders, no problem I walked up the door was locked. I knocked on the door waited like 5 minutes for someone to come open the door. The person that came to the door just opened the door and went about his day. The dining room was closed so they knew I came because they messed up my order. So the guy that opened the door instead of asking if he could help me, he went and started talking to his coworkers for another 5 minutes. Terrible service
Did a mobile order at 8:43pm and waited outside in the parking space…. The line was crazy long but it was moving…. It took 40 minutes for someone to come outside only to ask me what my order was because they were having problems with their register… I said but the drive thru line is moving he said it’s a different system that the drive thru… but still claims my food is ready… so I go to repeat whole order and I asked him again is my food ready and sitting on the counter so you can bring out? Which to me didn’t make sense because how is my food ready but you’re writing the whole thing down?? he said yes your food is ready, continues to write down my order… comes out at 9:31pm and we check the bag and 2 large fries still missing… goes back inside… finally get our 1 fry and we leave… only took 50 minutes to get 40 piece nuggets 2 fries 2 burgers and 2 McFlurrys and one soda… avoid the curbside pickup… you will be left waiting until their line dies … but hey we must be stupid right since the car a few spaces next to us got their food and they arrived after we did… guess the machine broke for my order and not theirs.
Orders are ALWAYS wrong.... when you get your order at all. Half the time when you order on Doordash, they will accept your oder, wait 20+ minutes, then cancel your order. I'll not be back, and I highly suggest everyone else stop going.
Ordered in the app and received food "Curbside". I think that I will just go inside next time because my order was brought out along with the orders for two other cars (who had arrived minutes after me)...therefore, my food was not hot. Other than the food temperature, everything else was great...the employee who brought the food to my car was very courteous and, despite the temperature, the food and drinks were otherwise very tasty!
This was a mobile order. Out of 5 meals they got one correct. Instead of a McDouble cheese burger it was a single not made as ordered. Missing a triple cheese burger and a cheese burger. The double cheese burger was not made to order and we got a McChicken we didn't order. We noticed the 2 missing fries and waited for them to bring them out. None of the sauces we ordered were in the bag. This is happening more and more at this location.
The staff is nice, but the pickup process for app orders is a pain. The store's lobby has been closed for a long time now, so when you arrive you wait for a while as you watch all the GrubHub, DoorDash, and Uber Eats orders get filled ahead of you.
Came late night for a meal after work… Pulled up to order at the drive they menu and was told to pull up to the second window… 25 minutes later I as I finally pulled up to the second window they told me they were closed and they did nothing to accommadate me for waiting for so long… They say they threw everything away but they person in front of me got their order… Extremely displeased!!
Homies at the drive thru were professional and courteous. Food was good. Not many McDonald's know how to make a macchiato. This location usually does a great job
