I went here with a friend yesterday. I ordered a cesar salad, a cheddar soup, and a blackberry sweet tea. We were there for maybe an hour or so. One of the staffs asked if we want refill and we said no. But I'm glad to know I can refill. On our way out, I ask the lady at the counter for a refill. Of course I've been sitting there for a while with nothing but melted ice in my cup. The lady told me I had water... and that there's no way it's a blackberry tea. In other words, she would not let me get a refill. I was not given my receipt. She had to find the other lady who served me to confirm that I did order a blackberry tea which the other lady confirmed. It completely turned a great experience into bad. ?
They forgot about our order. We waited for over 15 minutes thinking maybe something needed to be made but all others were serviced. When i went up to ask, nobody had any idea why they forgot us. No apologies. I requested refund. Short woman with glasses came out very rude and snapped at us. Terrible manager and the company should be embarrassed. I asked for refund she picked up our food and gave to employees. It was a pretty unbelievable experience. We won't be back. Reconsider that shift leader/ manager.
05/23/22: I ordered online for a late lunch (3:00ish pm). Only about 3-4 eating inside when I showed up. My food wasn’t at the pick up so I had to wait in line to get my food. Service was slow for having not very many people inside, but 4-5 employees working.Food was good. Ordered broccoli cheese soup, club sandwich, and an unsweet peach tea. I wished there were online options of having condiments on the side inside on the sandwich. Just nitpicking.I appreciated that’s the sandwich came in a “green” container. A little bit helps the environment.
It was my first time eating here and I loved it! The sandwich I had was great. It was warmed up, not toasted, and it was great. I ordered at the counter but you can order from the table with their QR Code. The staff are very customer service friendly. The Lemonade is bomb!
Amazing service! Bree made me and my family feel welcomed and right at home, always smiling and got everything in our order perfect! Hope they’re 18 ;)

One of our favorite places to eat, great menu variety, prices and Big portions. The King Club is a two person meal, the French Dip sandwich is scrumptious. Salads the bomb. Good service, fast and friendly . We get it delivered to our home.
