Me and some friends went in there today and the lazy workers tried to over charge us. We went in and were completely ignored for almost 10 minutes we saw them back there on their phones and when we asked them to come serve us they ignored us then the girl went and got a boy who came to get our order and told us it was $41 for one $5.55 pizza, one order of 8.50 wings and 3 sodas. He wouldn’t show us what he was ringing us up for and claimed it was “taxes”. We went online and ordered the food with taxes and all and it was 23$ I’ll be calling corporate too just wanted leave a review and let everyone know ?
Walked in and stood for 5 minute with no help so I got out of line and tried the box that they are supposed to use for orders but then to realize the order wasn't in there so I get back in line for 10 more minutes just for me to get to the front and them tell me they have not started the order. And it's a Tuesday at 4:30 in the afternoon. Relatively a slower pizza day.
Almost a 1 and a half hour wait for my pizzas it was a simple cheese and pepperoni pizza when i got there i noticed other people had also been waiting for their pizzas in there VERY BAD SERVICE i ended up not even getting them because i just got tired of waiting!
Took them 7 minutes to take my order I was the only one in there. 2 people just stared. After about 7 minutes someone finally came from the bathroom and took my order. He was rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there I will probably never come back to this location.
This is ridiculous. All the pizzas were not cut all the way threw. Had a bottom burnt thin crust that was supposed to be the upgrade extra most bestest. $11 for that terrible product. $36 all together and I've never been so disappointed! Hardly any cheese crust is broken up all you see is sauce and I counted only 36 pepperoni. But whatch they probably will tell me just to come and pick up a new one! After I paid and spent my gas at $4.10 a gallon! Not worth getting dissatisfied twice!
Second time going back and pizza is under cooked again.save yourself a trip and money and go elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. Employees arguing with each other the entire time I was there. Waited over an hour for my pizza to be ready. Did not even get the pizza I order had to ask for a different one. Just awful
At the location says it closes at 11 pm made it 10:07 pm. My son waits for over six minutes before someone walks in the store saying they're closed. The sign is still flashing they are opened. If the store is closed they need to change the time online..
Fast ordering service... Pizza a little greasy as usual when ordering extra most bestest.. but it was delicious none the less
Employees have really bad attitudes and are very rude for no reason even if you try to be nice to them. Store always takes a very long time to make food even of you pre order it on the app. The Employees also try to make everything difficult for some reason and always appear to try to cause some kind of problem with most customers.I accidentally place a order at this location thru the app and just wanted a refund since I didn't want the food from that location and they said only the manager can do refunds which is fine but then when I asked when they wil be there they kept saying I don't know and didn't want to give me a number or call them to ask. Just overall making and easy problem to fix difficult.
