I would give this a zero rating if I could. The food was so old and cold. Part of my order was wrong. How do you serve a drumstick that appears to bit off of and you can see the bone and the bone is dark brown/black color. That means this chicken is really old. It was cold not even lukewarm. The service was horrible. Called the store repeatedly no response. Called Corporate. The young lady in the drive thru with the blue hair was disrespectful and rude. NEVER GO HERE! Don't waste your time not money!

question....ya in drive thru.. person in front places order....my turn next and the drive thru is broken...said have to come inside to place order being stuck behind one that gets order. why was it necessary for me to go inside? asked guy behind counter why drive thru dont work. he gives me a blank "i dunno," no explanation dumb i dont really care look. be thinking hard bout goin there for a quick pickup.
After taking off the top bun I finally found the piece of chicken. It was hiding under the pickles which were asked not to be included. Much prefer Popeye's. Also asked for slaw and no fries....got fries. I took the order to the cashier and the manager threw out the fries in front of me in exchange for the slaw. Would going some place else.
I hope you keep the beyond chicken because it’s very good and treat for vegans and vegetarians. Makes it easier for me and my husband to go out to eat
The worst customer service ever, they try to sale drinks by every meals, doesn't matter you like it or not, I asked for something instate of drink, but they said no, they just wanna to charge for drink with lots of sugar. Stuff are very rood.
only gave it one star because you can't rate zero Stars places rude I ordered $45 worth of Uber eats all my sandwiches no mayo every single one of them came with mayo when I called up there the girl that answered the phone was rude tell me they nothing she could do for me. totally ghetto and uneducated guess thats the brand lol
Will never come to this location again! First off, no one was in the drive through or inside which for me is always a bad indication. While in the drive through the “worker” asked for my order and I asked if she could please hold. She attempted to mock my voice sarcastically saying “okay” and started laughing. I immediately pulled off, no thank you I’m not eating here today or ever!
Never going back to this place again. Very rude customer service even though you are being polite and nice to them. Ordered 2 five piece Nashville hot chicken tenders combo through drive through. They accepted the order and when I reached the window they said they will give one 5 piece and one 3 piece combo as they don’t have enough tenders. All these time guy was very rude and unpleasant. When I asked for the receipt he said he already throwed it away. When I checked the credit card later I saw they overcharged me and they charged for 2 five piece combo. This is unacceptable. They seriously need to provide some training to their employees.
He heavyset white female at the drive thru window is extremely rude, she lacks customer service and looks like she might be an assistant manager or manager. She got my order incorrect did not give me a receipt and then disagreed that my order was wrong. I ended up paying for what i had originally ordered and ended up getting my order inside, she never gave an apology or acknowledged she messed up my order and treated me as if i was not a customer, the younger nice employees ended up assisting me. The young male that helped me was extremely helpful, the should switch positions as he has more manager like qualities than her. Please send her home and away from people. I will be contacting the district manager in this issue.
