We took a party of 6 for a double birthday. Me and my daughter share a birthday and it was her 21st birthday. We went on a Tuesday night with a reservation.We all showed up at the same time but the host was very unpleasant and not friendly at all. He had us wait and put us at the worst table. The table was right in the center by and not one of the nicer ones tucked away and against the wall.Our waitress was super nice but easily confused and forgot the white rice for the 3 who didn't want fried rice.Overall the hibachi part was terrible. There was no show or excitement at all. We have a griddle at home and should have just put on our own show. Again, we did right and made a reservation. There were 2 people who had the same birthday and one turned 21. The only person to say happy birthday was the waitress.For what we paid it should have been better overall. We won't be back.
The Short Manager has a bad attitude. I have never had any issues at Kaze but TK the manager, has low tolerance with the Black customers.. First time I had noticed, I asked if I could be seated by the door.. I have never been seated there... Well TK, starts to grill me on why.. The other Manager seated us no issues. Today, I asked for a menu because my battery was low.. He lied and said there aren’t any menus... After eating my meal, I asked a question in regards to the tip receipt/ asked a about the gratuity.. He kept attempting to cause a seen, he tried to embarrass me by saying we have been having gratuity since the pandemic, and got louder so everyone could hear.. Than yelled your not listening.. I explained Bc you don’t understand my question.. Thank god the waitress brought the receipt but after the embarrassment. I decided forget the bonus tip for the waitress and cook. I just wanted to leave... TK is racist!! I will never go back, impossible that owners are oblivious to his behavior.....
Went for lunch and got spoiled crab in my sushi. They also use crab salad for their sushi instead of regular/imitation crab. Not sure how their crab spoils before lunch but definitely be wary of eating here. I would not eat here again or recommend anyone else to. Way too expensive for spoiled food.
Amazing food & service. Even in a busy Sunday afternoon, all hands were on deck to give us the best possible experience. Will definitely be back.
It was not how it used to be... they tried to sit my party of 4 at seating for 3 directly next to a party of 5. I understand how the seating works for habichi but I was even giving the option to wait for a lager space. We ended up sitting at the sushi side but still ordering of the hibachi menu. The food was lacking. The service was down from the past. I really just hope it gets better. I love this place.
Worst sushi I've ever had. Ordered for delivery. The most basic spicy tuna and salmon rolls were supposed to come with no weird sauce on them. They did, and it was disgusting with zero warning from their menu and the pictures they advertise. The rolls were so unappetizing I threw everything away. Other spicy rolls that advertised their spicy mayo was 90% Mayo 10% sushi. Stay far away from this place. To the restaurant: put the sauces on the SIDE and not to sit on the sushi for God knows how long. GROSS.
The food seemed like like it was left over and reheated. Our plates were brought at docent times and it was all cold. The manager thinks that by offering a 20% discount, I would be happy and had the nerve to ask me if I didn't want the discount. It's not about a discount it's about the bad service that we experienced after paying a bill of over $120.00. Kay time you'll see us there.
I love sushi and this place does not disappoint. I got the Music Crunch and it's was sooo good! Crab meat surrounded by sushi rolls. Definitely recommend!
My husband daughter & I got there yesterday and got seated right away. Only giving one star because the food had no flavor. The chef put no salt or pepper in the food. The chef was not interactive at all. Deff wouldn’t be back the price wasn’t worth the quality of food I got.
Fantastic atmosphere and super friendly service. The meals were fresh and enchanting. Will surely recommend this spot to friends. Convenient prices and big meals. Good job.
