This location is a joke. The service is far less then reasonable! I've tried it twice. The second visit I arrived 3 minutes prior to opening. Despite the manager walking in seeing me waiting he was sure to lock the door behind him. At 5 minutes after time to open employees are literally walking back and forth doing little odds and ends just looking at me waiting. Unfortunately there was another waiting as well. I left and won't be returning! There are other great sandwiche makers in the area that have much better service. I'd strongly advise visiting one them.
Hate it when I ask for a #13 and receive a #8. How did you get 8 from 13? With no one else in the store? Not like you had distractions or anything? Do better please. Tired of spending my money places and not getting the f’n stuff I paid for.
Got 2 subs this evening. Both buns over cooked on bottom. Very very hard! Every time you take a bite everything comes out the side. They have to know but sell anyway. Had to eat without bottom. Very dissatisfied!
I bought two combinations but when I got home, my sandwich had 2 small pieces of roast beef on the whole sandwich. I could barely taste the meat. The other sandwich was an Italian and looked great. My sandwich was practically meatless. At $10 per combo, I expect a filling, meaty sandwich. Very disappointed.
The food here is absolutely excellent but getting to their location to pick things up is very difficult and they don't deliver very far making it necessary for us to go there to get it. It would be nice if they participated with grubhub or doordash.
Id give it less stars if I could, every time I go there quality is an issue and they forget sandwiches on Togo orders.

One of the best Jimmy Johns in the area. Freaky fast, delicious, and friendly. Dining area is clean and food is fresh.
