A great sandwich that is very consistent in its quality and flavor.
My husband and I visited today (6/13/2022) around 2:45pm. All four of the staff members were very friendly and their customer service was EXCELLENT! I was super happy when I was informed that I had the option to make any sandwich into a salad (at no extra charge). They asked me how much (or how little) of the salad items (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) that I would like....as I said, EXCELLENT customer service!!! (BTW, my salad was wonderful!)
We went to get a sandwich on Saturday 21st while waiting on my Philly cheese steak to be ready and noticed that the girl who is cutting the sandwiches and wrapping them uses a dirty rug to clean the knife after she cleaned the surface ..so I quietly ask her to change the knife or clean it before cutting mine .. she went to the back and get an Asian girl name Eria .. Eria was upset and start fighting me loudly saying that the only knife we have and turned her back on me and raised her hand like I’m fine with u .? this is why I got super upset what ru kidding me ??? This is all about hygiene and sickness. U want me to shut up while I’m paying money . U should just went and cleaned it and said yes I’m sorry, things will have not escalated like that and all customers have heard us . I will be calling health department on them comes Monday ..
Had lunch, Chipotle chicken cheesesteak, very good. Very friendly staff
They were busy with online orders and were still able to get my sandwiches made. Keep up the good work.
4/9/22 2/45 I get sandwiches often but TODAY IS THE 1st TIME THAT IM SO DISAPPOINTED STAFF SEEMED CLUELESS AND VERY SLOW, Customer telling staff is not right bread, repeating more than once’s that didn’t want some items because staff either not listening or just slow or don’t care. I had the wrong number put in my bag even after one of the staff just ask what it was.USUALLY STAFF IS VERY ORGANIZED, FRIENDLY, FAST AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT TODAY WAS TERRIBLE. Love the sandwich but will give a try again if happen again I will stop going.
I would give this place a 3 because they are going 15 to 20 mins pass my pick up time, but it gets a 4 because the subs are pretty delicious ?
Ordered the #17 steak sandwich w/chipotle dressing. Delicious!!
Tasted great but the way they put the sandwich together was pretty bad, also the heater was on and the store was so hot. There is definitely a long wait time but it's worth it cause they cook the meat right then and there instead of warming it up like Subway.
Good prices and the subs were better than subway.
