I have been to this location a lot over the last few years. However, when I walked in a few weeks ago, I was greeted with a huge smile by Christie. She was the sweetest person and had the best attitude out of all the employees I have ever encountered at this location. My suggestion to the Manager is to keep Christie around. He smile is contagious and her customer service is the best.
Go! Order Online! Eat! I must say that this is definitely one of the more healthier options in the Mesquite area. I'm glad that they are located in the metroplex. I ordered the salad and it was exactly as it was listed on the website. The ranch dressing was outstanding, and the quality of the veggies was very good. As you may know, Mesquite does not have a lot of options in terms of foods that are of higher quality or less calorie excessive. This place is always clean, the food is as promised, and is fairly reasonable. I do wish they had most lunch specials, but every establishment nowadays has to turn a profit. Definitely a good alternative for those who are trying to eat more consciously. Give them a visit!
It was my first time visiting a Jason’s Deli and decided to check it out based on my coworkers recommendation. The food was good and it was an excellent selection to choose from or even options to make your own. I have to say that my experience was made even better by the order taker Christie. She was so kind and helpful and answered all my questions even giving suggestions. I’ve visited many establishments and customer service generally is very poor so it was great to experience something different and better! Kudos to Christie!
Haven’t been here in a long time! I think we definitely looked indecisive. Our host Christie at store #019 was AMAZING! She’s was very informative and knowledgeable about how to pair items so we could enjoy everything and not break the bank! Everything was delicious and we are definitely satisfied with our experience all the way around! Thanks guys!

Jason's Deli Mesquite Texas was a life saver for me today. I called at 9 00 am and PAT answered the phone promptly. I needed a large lunch order to pick up at 10:30. She said "no problem we can do it and what would you like to order" she helped me with what to order for the lunch. I arrived at 10:30 and was greeted by Pat with a smile on her face. She had my order ready and even took it to my car. If I could give them 100 *** I would. Excellent
On 03/20/2022 we arrived at 8:05pm our receipt shows 8:14pm we left at 9:08pm.1. Manager is super loud from across the restaurant. Her hair not pulled back or in a net.2. She even threatened to put staff in the TRINITY RIVER if they didn't do there job right. The way she was even talking to them was inappropriate in front of customers, also for not helping stock their stations. The only good thing I hear her do was inform a employee to put their phone away.3. The location has been out of stock the last 3 times we've come. But some how, they seem to bring you a small container from behind the counter if you go to the front and ask.4. Then we hear a staff member say. It's late as 8:30pm I'm not bringing more food out to refill. I confronted her and asked what time does Jason deli close? Then she filled the salad bar with what someone asked for.5.She wipes down the salad bar counter and picks up trash from the floor and then I guess start to put together a to- go order and she grabs the food with her gloves and does not use the tonges. Mind you she just wiped down the salad bar and picked some trash up off the floor, not to mention she touched her hair and pulled her pants up.6. A staff member did not wash his hands after eating while at the table. He put a bowl in the dish cart and walked right back out to the food line around 8:35pm.7. Same guy is sitting on the cooler at the line and talks to staff across the room.This place was good and now is bad.
I love the chicken salad sandwich, is just the best ever in every bite. I do believe is getting a little too pricey. We spent $40+ just for 2 sandwiches, a baked potato, and 2 fountain drinks. That's why the 4 stars.
Food is good. The problem is the management at this particular location. There seems to be none. I had to request my food and it was brought 15 minutes later after my family was already done with their food. It wasn’t busy at all. It killed the mood. The only table for a large party was dirty and during a pandemic is unacceptable.
My family used to LOVE Jason's Deli. The last few experiences have been horribly frustrating. I have a daughter with a compromised immune system and two other children with me, so I order Curbside Pick-Up in the app. Whenever I arrive, I check-in on the app, but end up having to call for my food because no one ever comes out with it. The first time, waited 15 minutes before calling thinking the delay was because they were busy. I am always given attitude because I will not come in to pick-up my food. Today, I watched them put my bag of food on the pick-up rack and it sat there for close to ten minutes while I sat on hold on the phone. When they finally brought the food out, I noticed a dessert was missing. I called again. They begrudgingly brought it out. I pulled away and realized my children's chocolate milks that I paid for were not in the bag. I pull back in and call again. I was told they were out of it & was offered regular milk or juice. I asked for juice and was greeted with an annoyed sigh. I watched as they grabbed the drinks from the fridge and threw them in a bag. They brought it out and said nothing to me. I checked the contents and it was chocolate milk! Did they lie because they were hoping I would say never mind?! This was a very disheartening experience. We cannot be the only ones who select Curbside Pick-Up for health reasons. I hate to think that others are going through this. We used to eat there once every other week, but will not be back any time soon. So disappointing.
