Worst location. They close the lobby 30 minutes before they should. They completely ignore you. Drive-thru has to be the absolute slowest ever. The girl at the drive thru speaker is very pleasant and nice. But then you get up to the window and its some guy who has an attitude and roll his eyes when you correct him.I ordered a single shake. A single shake. They got the order wrong twice and he had the audacity to roll his eyes and just shove the shake at me. Just quit the job if you're that miserable. I didn't catch his name. But he's a thin, lanky, African American. Dude needs to go ASAP.
So disappointed. These are the worst tacos ever . The shell feels like it’s been sitting there and let me not start with the meat
This jack in box, smh, where to begin, they have the worse cooks ever I mean how hard can it be, laziness, horibble customer service, they sound like they hate there job and rude. They definitely need to clean house and get people who want to work! They are always out of condiments or never get your order right. By the time you get your food it's cold or taste like it's been sitting there for a while as if it's been microwave. This past Wednesday night I order the load tiny tacos and regular tacos and a side salad. They fail to mention they were out of taco sauce. Which is the main reason i come for the tacos...I got my load tiny tacos but instead of taco sauce they substitute it for some red powder and added ranch on top (which I did not ask for) to cover it up. My side salad was not fresh what so ever. If I had known they were out of taco sauce I wouldn't of wasted my money. The drinks are flat! Never going back to this Jack in the box again.
They were the only restaurant open on the day of the snow storm in my area. I thanked the staff and got to eat a hot meal. God bless you!
The last 4 times we have come to this particular restaurant, staff tells us thru the intercom that they can't take our order because they're having trouble with the system or the system is down.I don't know if it's true or the personal don't want to work.MANAGEMENT FIX THE FREAKING SYSTEM UPDATE IT OR GET NEW SOFTWARE.
I placed a order with DoorDash it was early but when I got it the order was all wrong and it was cold. Some stuff was missing. Never again I’m going to this place
Lazy staff refuse to make tacos! Like wth that’s the main thing I go to jack for & probably their best selling item & yet they refuse to make them out of pure laziness. I used to love jack but the past few years they have had rude/lazy staff it’s ridiculous. Jitb needs to do some retraining because every time I go my order is wrong and they give no refunds & act like it’s my fault that my order was not made correctly like BYE I will be taking my money else where there’s better fast food restaurants out here with 10X better customer service
Got an oreo shake from there and it was gross. Don't recommend. Staff was pleasant though

No matter what time of the day it is , this jack in a box PLEASE DO NOT COME ! HARD FRIES for my kids. I couldn’t even turn around cause we was already pulling in home. My daughter said she doesn’t want it and she eats everything. She loves it but not this place very rude. I and my son breakfast was super cold as in not cooked. Pre frozen. Never again. Sorry
