I went through the drive through and had to wait an hour in the drive through to order my food then when I got it , it wasn't even my order so I went to the door and knock and banged on it so they can fix it the didn't answer , so I called them they didn't answer , so I had to get back in the drive through line to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for them to fix it
Okay fast food! With a pretty good variety!
What is it about the fountain drinks at any location. They all have a weird taste. And don't even think about ordering a shake past 8pm......their machine will be broken. It happens every week when I come through.
Hamburger and fries was cold. My child's chicken strips was not cooked all the way
The food quality is always hot and fresh!!! Haven't found one thing on the menu that isn't good. Love this place
Went to the one on highway 30 mesquite tx and northwest drive got my food fast I get there sometimes in the afternoon the workers there are very nice good food
I usually go to this location because I prefer it. Tonight I got some tacos and as I was eating one something cut my tongue. I spit it out and it looked like a piece of a nail. It was sharp on one end. It was a light yellowing color. So disgusting! I tried calling and it goes to a mailbox that says it's not taking messages.
This particular Jack-in-the-Box is always packed and crowded. They know how to get orders out and keep the line moving so even though the line is long, there is very rarely more than a five-minute wait. This Jack in the Box is my favorite, I have been going to this one for over 20 years.
Clearly a menu from the mind of a stoner! Where else can you get an egg roll, an awesome burger, 3 kinds of fries, and a chocolate shake!
I like Jack in the Box, I want to score this higher, but the past 3 times I've visited something has been missing. I live 3 blocks away, so I come back to get it, always. But your lobby is closed, so the drive thru is long, by the time I get back my sandwich will be cold, and the missing person will have eaten my fries because, of course, they are hungry too.Neighbor to neighbor, please figure it out. You are the closest restaraunt to us, and I probably dump a couple thousand into your store each year. You've got the business., Its obvious.
