Food is always fresh and they have excellent customer service. ☺️
Attempted to place an order with them through door dash but they cancelled AFTER the driver was there to pick it up. When you place an order through doordash the restaurant has to confirm the order before its considered truly placed. THey confirmed the order (giving a 30-44 minute delivery time), the driver arrived to the store early (cutting the projected delivery time in half), only to find that the store was closed. They could've just not confirmed/accepted the order in the first place. It would've saved me and the doordash driver time and aggravation.
I am addicted to the egg rolls. They have great snacks for game days and gatherings!
Disgusted never going back what type of place gives out burned patty’s and chicken nuggets and then to top it off my food didn’t come in it’s right box I got number 6 and my burger always comes in a box if you go here better think twice!!!!!!
The person answering the drive thru was nice & courteous. The girl who worked the pick up window obviously DID NOT want to be working. ? We ordered the mini taco box & didn't get any sauces with it. The curly fries were delicious, as always.
Jack in the box food is Jack in the box food, which to me is not all that great but I will say that the employees at this location were very nice which is somewhat rare these days.
The food was good! Order was orrect, hot, and tasty. The store needed tables cleaned but it was busy. Restroom also needed attention. Thank you.
This place is best to eat at in the mornings. The staff is nicer and the food will be hot guaranteed.
Bad customer service- even managers have a terrible attitude. DT line is a mess, two entries for one lane that take at least 25 minutes to park you. People would probably be more understanding if you had a better attitude.
The patties were dry as sand, asked for extra sauce on the burger they seemed to put less than normal on purpose. If I could give negative stars they would get -5.
