This location is usually pretty quick to get your order out and I don't remember them ever messing up my order. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait, but hey, that's the calling card of a good food establishment.
They take forever in the evenings. It never fails. And two days ago they forgot my jumbo jack with cheese and that was all I ordered for myself. That wasn't the first time either. Even though they will give it to us when they forget it, by the time we see it isn't in there... we are already at home comfortable fixing to enjoy a movie with the family and do not want to get up and go back. Ugh.
Ordered curly fries with cheese, kid said I didn’t even though it says I did on the receipt. There was a long line so I pulled around to go inside and let the others go through, door was locked and would have taken another 30 minutes to wait in their slow line. Don’t know why the kid didn’t just give me what I paid for after I showed him the receipt.
Typical Jack in the Box. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was not terribly out of the way friendly. No bells or whistles. Just blah - fast food.
This is my favorite Jack in the box. Went through the drive thru and ordered homestyle chicken ranch club. So good, also hot and fresh!! Employees here are really nice too!
Waiting in a crazy long line placed my order and waited some more when I finally approached the drive thru window they decided to inform me they are out of onion rings, why not tell me that upon ordering? And they were also really rude about it so I asked for my card back before they can charge it and drove away. This is by far the rudest jack in the box I've been to and its not just this time its quite often & the food is always cold. Needless to say this time was the last straw i will not be returning to this jnthebox!
So I doordash at night... I pulled up at the drive thru ... After waiting over 30 minutes in line I tell them I have an order for doordash. They tell me to go to the 2nd window where they asked for the order number...igave it to them and they state that they have not yet received that order. After another 10 minutes or so and #257 ìn line for support...the employee says"oh...I remember making that one ...Good times!!!?
Spent an entire 45 mins in drive thru AFTER 2am…. Im not sure if there is a shortage on workers lately but almost every drive through takes just as long as it would take at home to make the meal if not way more time.
I love their tacos as long as they're hot when I get them. And if they're not I should let him know about it and they get me some hot ones.
Worst customer service every. The night crew does not want to work. They'll tell you their machines are down and we're only accepting doordash or ubereats. I work for CPS and have to give great customer service to parents who's children aren't safe. I couldn't even get 1% of that respect. The drive through people talked backed to me. I asked for her supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor. No, you're in the chain of command, who's your supervisor I had to bring. Hispanic employee with slash in her eyebrow was talking back at this point as well. Not something you want to deal with at 3 in the morning, when you've just got done watching children without placement. Despicable service and I can't believe these two people even have jobs. Horrible customer service.
