If you want to try REAL boba then I don’t recommend going here. I think getting boba from here is good if you don’t want to drive to Carrollton or something for boba (it’s the closest boba location within where I live ) But with that being said the milk tea and boba served here is very low quality compared to other places. I think their quality has drastically gone downhill and the last time I ordered a drink here I could taste the powder inside my drink. Also the tapioca balls are mushy yet dry. I think management could be better as well :/
I went on sunday February 13 2022 and Oliver took my order. They had a sign that said cash only and after 20 minutes waiting in line. It was finally my turn i had a 20 dollar bill and he said he had no change which is impossible if they had been taking cash all day anyways a young hispanic girl was rude to me and told me to go get change. I think the manager needs to talk to all employees and ask them to be nice
This was originally my first Korean tea experience years ago and they were great when they first opened. Since then this place has lost it's luster.The drinks seem to be more watered down with less flavor than they use to be. This use to be my go to spot when shopping in the mall.Sadly it is not anymore and with Korean tea becoming more popular with new tea houses opening, a further drive for a better tasting product is the best option.
The chick here that takes the orders and payments has a bad attitude and clearly no people skills. I used to come up here but not anymore! The last two times I’ve came they messed up my drink. The first time I asked for a slushie they gave me a smoothie. Extremely rude staff. Name of place is “I heart boba” but they have no boba. The girl was so rude and the stand looked so dirty. They need to be shut down
The employees were on their phone the whole time and were out of tapioca boba. Wouldn’t recommend and gave me the wrong thing. Just stick to kungfoo tea for your own good

Had a great experience doing business with this place. Boba was firm and chewy and the drinks were flavorful. Recommend to anyone wanting boba.

Tasteless boba pearls.I feel bad giving a poor review...The people working there were nice and my drink came out relatively quickly. I got a taro milk tea with boba pearls (have enjoyed this from other boba stores). The drink was super sweet and I was surprised there was not a sweetness leveling option.The boba pearls is really what took this to two stars. They were oddly lacking in any flavor and were...soggy? Not sure how to explain it, but this is the first time I have pulled my straw up and drank only the tea (leaving the boba behind to throw away).Go somewhere else if you enjoy the boba aspect.
